2days about, still setting up and updating. Still looking for features that I need. This was specifically bought for the hearing accessibility features. So far after the update seems all good. No need for a 3rd party app to transcribe. It's free accuracy similar as to 3rd party app so far it helped, not bad with ppl accents. I hope now no more disconnect calls or words or voices in the middle of a call now. As far as battery live transcribe kills any battery. So this has been fine again only a couple days. As far as the cell itself. It was bought in excellent used condition. Imo looks good. There I'm pleased. Not sure about the camera like it's a camera so I'm good lol seems ok. As far as speed I'm on. Spectrum, I couldn't use the Samsung a16 for anything I mentioned properly. This is waaaaaay faster that that phone too!!!! So far I'm pleased. I couldn't afford insurance so I hope to have the same great luck I had with a I watch yrs ago that still works! (Series3) I hope n pray same good luck. Shipping was fast. I haven't needed to contact seller, so I'm guessing it's all good. I'm not techy I did need to call spectrum due to it call off new n received on old lol. Idk about the fingerprint feature, yet. I just set up my needs asap. If things change from this review I'll just edit. EDIT !!!EDIT!!!! I woke to the cell saying the battery is hot n needs replacement. That's what they call excellent used condition. Idk I contacted the company. It's now going through a return. I reduced stars due to the cell battery. So I'll keep you informed. The seller so far has been very nice n accommodating with the return as suggested. PLEASE CHECK YOUR POST OFFICE I WAS JUST TOLD BY MINE NEW RULES WITH THESE BATTERIES IN THE MAIL (7/30/25). The post office handled it for me. Idk. I'll keep you posted up until the refund how it's all handled. They say the box came empty but for the receipt. Still no resolution, if your reading this maybe hold off to see the outcome. I have never in 21 yrs with this post office had anything like this happen. these people who operate a store that isnt associated with amazon and there name has amazon in it. they purpopsefully send phones with defective batteries and then try and charge you more to fix it. they send out defective products. i would not buy from these people. if you do your goijng to regret it they also dont take returns or anything so your stuck with whatever you get stuck with ... show more

Speech to text doesn't work. Can't send back. I'm going back to my old phone and throwing this one away. Worst purchase I've ever made on Amazon. Completely wasted my money when I really needed a phone that works. I can't believe Amazon lets sellers like this sell on it's platform.
