Phone works great and was in great condition. There were some scratches on the outside of the phone, but that's getting covered by the case, so it doesn't make any difference. The screen seemed to be in perfect condition. It was unblocked as advertised. Everything seemed to work as advertised—the flashlight, volume control, fingerprint reader, actual function with apps—it's all great. The phone isn't super slow either. One of the main reasons I wanted a Pixel was because of the camera, and it did not disappoint. The photos and videos are excellent quality, and the microphone is pretty decent (although I've heard better). I was initially hesitant to try an older model, refurbished phone, but I’ve now bought two of these in “renewed/refurbished - excellent condition,” and I would highly recommend them. Both work like new, though the second one arrived with a small ding, and its charger didn’t work. I contacted Amazon, and they immediately offered to send me a replacement or provide a partial refund. The phone takes great photos, even when zoomed out, though it’s not the best for low-light or night shots. The main drawback is the battery life—it dies very quickly, even when not in use. Both phones usually lasted me less than a day, even in battery saver mode and with deliberate efforts to conserve battery. I recommend setting up “Find My Phone” in advance or giving Google permission to track your location. I hadn’t set it up and lost my phone; when I tried to find it, Google could only track it to locations I’d visited days before. Google does offer the option to display a message across your screen and make it buzz loudly if someone nearby can hear it. However, these features are only available for a short time after the battery dies, and unfortunately, I didn’t notice it was missing until it was already too late. I bought 3 of these phones and they all the same I got CDMA SIM CARD everything works fine LTE SHOWS CARRIER SHOWS BUT WHEN MAKING A CALL IT WOULD SAY CARROER NOT REGISTERED THEN I CHECKED IF THERES MEID OR ISM I BELIEVE I HOT WRONG BUT IF ITS ONLY SHOWS IMEI THAT MEANS THE PHONE ONLY SUPPORTS GSM MODE THIS SELLER need to change the description AND I WHICH THAT IM STILL IN US TO RETURN HIS PRODUCT ITS A SHAME. ... show more

I bought one of the 6a phones for my older son and he said it was working fine for him and his online sales business. A couple months later I ordered one for myself. Both were very good condition refurnished phones. My 6a phone had the worst sound for phone calls of all the phones I've ever owned over many years. Nobody could hear well on that phone and no adjustments helped. Amazon did allow me to return it, but I fell on ice and could not try to return it until the very last day, today, Jan. 10, 2025. Snow is piling up and, of course, I am a senior and not very interested in testing my stability of snow that is piling up. They directed me to UPS for the location of a dropbox. It also said they could pick up the package. When I called, I was told, even with the info on the return package, I owed $27.00 for the pickup. I drove on ice and snow, a 6 mile round trip, got out of the car, put it in the drop box, and returned home. Safely, but I saw a UPS truck about a half mile from my home just as I reached my neighborhood. I guess this is a complaint against UPS, more than Amazon. But, my rating is for the phone itself. Phone doesn't seem to be rooted and was as advertised. Screen was great and no issues signing it up w my carrier. Battery life seems really good.

Better than I expected! First of all, the phone is flawless. ZERO scratches, dings or damage of any kind. Second, it's advertised as "doesn't include charger", but mine came with a brand new cable and charger in original wrapping. Third, some people are saying these phones are NOT unlocked, and while this one shows "Xfinity Moble" in the SIM/ESIM menu, it does in fact allow ESIMs from other carriers to be installed and activated. I know because I tested it on a real (very cheap) ESIM that I bought for use in the Philippines. If this phone were really locked to a carrier, there's no way it would have allowed the activation of this ESIM from another carrier. And Last, the battery must be brand new, because it lasts and lasts. So happy with this phone! Great deal for the price!!! ... show more

If I could leave a zero I would. I usually do not leave negative reviews but with this situation I feel like people need to know. It melted in my child's hand today on the school bus on the way to school. It didn't give any warning at all! No issues with the phone before. Zero warning! We bought it in June of 24, it is Mar of 25. I will never buy a phone on Amazon again ... show more
