This was so easy to do myself. Transferred all my apps easily. Only thing I don't like is it no longer has a "return or close app" button, it is now a swipe. And it is either swipe left to "go back", so swipe left to close. I like the old way of choosing the apps I want to close. If there is a way to do that, I have not found it yet. The battery does not last as long as I hoped. At least it lasts longer than my old pixel2. And because "swipe up closes the apps I find that when scrolling on FB that sometimes I close the app when just scrolling. (hand in face emoji)...     • These Phones Break Very Easy
I've owned many of these phones and they all broke very easily. I will never buy another pixel, as the phones are very cheaply made and very delicate due to weight reduction goals. Additionally, the power button has broken on week one, and the screen cracked on another I had previously from falling off a chair (case on) these phones are a waste of money and its better to buy another Phone like Xiaomi as they are much tougher and durable. This is the last one I will ever buy, because it has broken within two weeks. The power button randomly stopped working and now there is no way to power on or off the phone. I did some research and found that the phone itself is very flexible and easy to break due to weight reduction. Its a good phone when its working, which isnt so often. The money I have put into pixels would have been better spent elsewhere. Buy this phone with caution, every one that I've owned was terrible, and I'm a fool for returning to buy more just because of the affordability.
    • Best phone I've tried with my 3-axis gimbal
I make a lot of videos with a 3-axis gimbal. The Pixel 4 is light enough to be instantly responsive to gimbal commands, but still has a good camera for video, shooting 4K at 30 fps and 1080 HD at 60 fps.

    • just what my hubby needs
he isn't into camera, so I wanted a refurbished one that wasn't too expensive, yet still a great camera. This camera is perfect. You can't go wrong with Google Pixel. Has all the bells and whistles that I like, and he won't use.

I do t really use the face recognition or fingerprint reader but the phone was an excellent purchase. It was in beautiful condition, works well and is a Google bought phone originally, which is what I wanted.

    • Don't waste your time or money
The phone is not working properly. The touch pad is unresponsive and extremely glitchy. It will flip through screens, randomly press buttons, basically looks possessed. The phone will not turn off. Like I thought it was user error until I looked it up and still nothing. Instead of giving me the option to power the phone off it takes a screenshot or opens up Google assistant instead. It's very frustrating that I wasted time and money on this phone. I should've just purchased brand new. I don't think they test out basic functions on these refurbished phones before they ship them out or they wouldn't caught these glitches. It happens immediately and all the time. I have to wait for a return now and I honestly need my phone for work. I'm really sad about this. Buyer beware!!! ... show more

The back cover of the phone was peeled off. The battery needs to be replaced with a new one.
