It came a day late but was exactly what I ordered and I had my service switched in 10 mins. I was on mint mobile which is T-Mobile network. It was seamless. The phone looks brand new, no scratches or or blemishes. It came in a box with one USBC cord. So far it's working really well. I've only had it for 24 hours. I would buy again. It was definitely unlocked when it arrived. You should be aware though that they make you sign for the delivery. I did not know that and I almost missed it because I was at work when it arrived. I wasn't sure since there were other reviews about the phone actually being locked to verizon but while my phone did seem to be a former verizon model it was unlocked and I was able to transfer my SIM to it. Overall, it's a killer deal for a flagship phone and came in good condition.

My device was not truly unlocked. It was still under Verizon and had a bit of trouble getting the esim activated due to that which is why it doesn't get 5 stars. Everything about the phone and condition is great so far. If anything changes I'll update this review.

First time using a pixel phone and it has been great. I've been a Samsung user for the longest time but am really impressed by the features on the pixel 10 Pro XL. It runs smoothly, is easy to navigate, and takes great photos. The design is nice too. I bought a renewed one to save money, and think I got a good deal.
