long story short: people said it may not be unlocked, i got it thought it was locked by verizon, due to the contact verizon screen that pops up when you select setup eSIM, turns out if you click the transfer a sim from another device option it just works. im on att, data, calls & text all work. other than the slight annoyance that i mightve bought a carrier locked phone this is a great deal and in great shape, not a single mark on the device and checking the battery health settings its at 100% so i basically got a brand new pixel at 40% off retail price. good cameras, good battery life, anti-smear coating on the screen so i dont see smudges and the most software features i have seen given exclusively to a device. ... show more

A practically new phone (no scratches/dents, 100% BH) but essentially useless as it was locked to Verizon. Verizon support was unable to help me and asked me to contact the original seller as they cannot verify that this device belongs to me. I had seen the mixed reviews around the unlocking status but decided to try it out as I felt it absurd that Amazon is allowing a seller to list a phone as Unlocked which it isn't. I was proven wrong - the phone is locked and essentially useless at being a phone. I will be returning this tomorrow, an utter waste of time. ... show more

My phone arrived two days ahead of promised delivery. It looks and functions as new. Came in a small box that was taped, so it felt like a classic unboxing, and it was bubble wrapped inside and came with a charging cable. Nothing to complain about here.

I experienced some anxiety after ordering my phone, because so many other reviewers said that their phones weren't completely unlocked. I am happy to find that MY PHONE is truly "factory unlocked", not a Verizon or other carrier phone. Within about 90 minutes, I have GrapheneOS installed on the phone. Carrier unlocked, bootloader unlocked, everything just worked for me. Note the screenshot, with Google Play sandboxed - Google does NOT have unrestricted access to this phone any longer. Also note Niagara Launcher, replacing the "cluttered" look of most Android launchers. (I hate flipping between screens, searching for a silly icon - I much prefer a Rolodex style list of applications!) The phone is spotless. No scratches that I can find, no dents or dings, nothing. I've installed a quality screen protector and case, so if there were any scratches, I would never see them anyway. The phone looked pristine when I opened the box, and it should stay that way. Checking the battery, it appears that it has been charged fifteen times since leaving the factory. Excellent battery! I have some work to do, setting the phone up just like I want it, but I feel like I got a "new" phone for little more than half price. Amazon Renewed products have been good to me! ... show more

I got two different acceptable phones, the screen was in solid shape no scratches. 1. phone had some dings on the edges, nothing to cry about since it would live in a case forever. 25 on charge cycle. 2. the second phone had a scratch from top to bottom, but it was light and next to the bezel so not noticable. 69 on charge cycle. Wished they were factory unlocked and not former Verizon. But it was Pro Prepaid Verizon based on IMEI #. Battery health was 100% on two of the phones. All around I feel it was a good deal. But beware if you want to unlock the boot loader since they are the Verizon variant, you cannot quite do that. ... show more

I had an awful experience with this seller. The phone arrived locked and unusable. When I reached out, customer service promised a replacement but the seller ultimately denied it. I had to waste hours at a Verizon store just to get a temporary fix, only to be told the phone will likely lock up again in 30 days. To make things worse, the seller lowered the price by $31 right after my purchase and refused to offer a price match or adjustment despite all the trouble they caused.
