I'm so angry, I may lose the ability to write coherently. Cosmetically, the phone is perfect. No scratches, no scrapes, no dents, no dings. Screen is excellent. IT'S LOCKED TO A WORKGROUP! Then a warning comes up: the phone may be unsafe. It's asking me for a password and ID, which obviously I do not have. One moment. Even if I could unlock it, the BIOS and hard programming have probably altered the phone, so certain things can or cannot be done with it. This is totally unacceptable that a company that specializes in refurbished products would not ensure that the operating system was unlocked and working properly before shipping the phone. It is sheer incompetence and incoherent ignorance to do something like that. I have Amazon support on the line right now, and I don't know what they can do other than to tell me to return it. ... show more

long story short: people said it may not be unlocked, i got it thought it was locked by verizon, due to the contact verizon screen that pops up when you select setup eSIM, turns out if you click the transfer a sim from another device option it just works. im on att, data, calls & text all work. other than the slight annoyance that i mightve bought a carrier locked phone this is a great deal and in great shape, not a single mark on the device and checking the battery health settings its at 100% so i basically got a brand new pixel at 40% off retail price. good cameras, good battery life, anti-smear coating on the screen so i dont see smudges and the most software features i have seen given exclusively to a device. ... show more

What a deal! Saved hundreds of dollars by going with a "renewed model", and while that can always be a gamble, I ended up with a model is PERFECT condition. Battery history showed 1 power cycle. Only difference between this and brand new was the packaging! I did run into a bit of a problem trying to transfer from a Verizon physical SIM to an eSIM. The auto transfer didn't work during initial setup and I was directed to the Verizon website. When I tried putting in the primary eSIM ID number, I was told it was not compatible, but the secondary eSIM was. I tried going through the Verizon website to get it transferred, but the website kept trying to push me to a more expensive plan. I got in the chat queue to get it sorted, and while waiting, I tried doing a SIM transfer again. And guess what.... it worked perfectly. The eSIM went to the primary slot, I didn't have to change plans, and didn't actually have to talk to Verizon. I saw others talking about issues with getting eSIMs to work, but I am guessing in a lot of situations, a solution is there even if takes some troubleshooting. I got two different acceptable phones, the screen was in solid shape no scratches. 1. phone had some dings on the edges, nothing to cry about since it would live in a case forever. 25 on charge cycle. 2. the second phone had a scratch from top to bottom, but it was light and next to the bezel so not noticable. 69 on charge cycle. Wished they were factory unlocked and not former Verizon. But it was Pro Prepaid Verizon based on IMEI #. Battery health was 100% on two of the phones. All around I feel it was a good deal. But beware if you want to unlock the boot loader since they are the Verizon variant, you cannot quite do that. ... show more

Shipment arrived early and I started the transfer of Pixel 7 to this new Pixel 10 Pro. Transfer was simple but had an issue trying to transfer the sim card from old phone to the esim in the Pixel 10 Pro. There was a note with the new phone that warned that there could be an issue and identified how to resolve. I went to the local Verizon store and within 10 minutes the esim was working and the phone has worked well. Already enjoying many new features of my new Pixel 10 Pro and recommend the phone and this seller. ... show more

Verizon still had a lock on this phone :(. The phone itself was great and arrived quickly. Unfortunately it is of no use if it's locked. I had already transferred phone number and was at final step of esim I stallation when told to contact Verizon. I obviously had no cell service so it was quite a process and inconvenience to borrow a phone and the additional one hour conversation with customer support. Fortunately the Amazon store did respond after 24 hrs to advise a replacement. Unfortunately I wasted hours and hours of time, had no phone service for over a day and now have to remove everything I had already transferred. Yes there was a solution and the phone was great, but not worth the hassle and inconvenience. ... show more

The best decision I made is to buy the Google pixel 10 pro xl renewed. The phone is almost new. Started in German language. But no previous service provider. The battery is 99% capacity which is good for saving that much of the cost. I'm happy with the purchase.
