I did not even open the package. After I ordered I read many customer reviews and discovered this is Carrier Unlocked phone, not GSM unlocked. carrier unlocked phones may or may not work on certain carriers. I use my phone both in the US and abroad, so a carrier unlocked is a NO GO for me. Carrier unlocked phones are always less valuable. Most selling platforms require sellers to prominently indicate locked status, Locked, Carrier Unlocked or GSM/Factory Unlocked. Apparently, Amazon does not. Not providing this information does not make sense. It just leads to unnecessary returns. Can't understand? I read reviews from several buys who did not found out until they took the phone to their provider. UNNECESSARY FRUSTRATION FOR EVERYONE. SOMEONE IS PAYING FOR A LOT OF SHIPPING BACK AND FORTH!!! ... show more

I bought it figuring if it was locked it was all good because everyone seemed to say it was locked on Verizon which is my provider, but it was actually unlocked. Brand new looking and an awesome phone! Great seller as the phone came right away and I saved myself a big chunk of money. Great camera, battery seems to be holding up well which was important to me. It came a day late but was exactly what I ordered and I had my service switched in 10 mins. I was on mint mobile which is T-Mobile network. It was seamless. The phone looks brand new, no scratches or or blemishes. It came in a box with one USBC cord. So far it's working really well. I've only had it for 24 hours. I would buy again. It was definitely unlocked when it arrived. You should be aware though that they make you sign for the delivery. I did not know that and I almost missed it because I was at work when it arrived. Important to note that I have been an iPhone user for many many years. However, the camera appeal of the Google was too much so I went ahead and dove in and got this phone. Almost immediate regret. Not because the phone is bad. I just had it because everything is different and I can't stand how things are laid out and it keeps telling me my storage is full and pissing me off. Because it's not even remotely close to a quarter of the storage full. Pictures don't download the same, and half the time I can't even find them. Ok so honestly I don't know if it's because of some technical issue or if it's because I am not an android user. It gives me the ick more often than not. I got a cute custom case for it tho, so visually it's cute to look at. I haven't dropped it or anything yet. BUT I will say when I run games or tiktok for more than 5 minutes the phone gets really hot. Which is not supposed to be the case. Oh also the way it connects to my car is really dumb and it doesn't connect to my car right away I have to backdoor in every time. Also my contacts, dear god what a freaking MESS! First time using a pixel phone and it has been great. I've been a Samsung user for the longest time but am really impressed by the features on the pixel 10 Pro XL. It runs smoothly, is easy to navigate, and takes great photos. The design is nice too. I bought a renewed one to save money, and think I got a good deal. Phone was not unlocked. Seems like false advertising to me. Visually the phone looked like it was in good condition. It charged up fine (was dead when it arrived). But I never got past the opening screen because I could not connect to my network.
