    • Don't waste your money. Bad product, worse support. So disappointed with Google.
Purchase of this thermostat and the resulting support for this defective product has been the worst experience ever. This product never worked and Google would not replace. It's now an expensive paperweight.

This device is nice when it works but for some reason it stopped connecting to wifi. The instructions in the home app told me to disconnect my account from it. Now I have to reset the WHOLE thing up all over again. Why can't I just edit the wifi info instead of factory resetting the device? Poorly designed software. AVOID THIS. ... show more
