The green is olive green and more colorful than product photos. As seen next to my gray Adidas. Just like the other review with the red photo it looks better in person. The olive green is really nice actually I think I prefer it. For dancing, there isn’t much toe support to stand on as the normal classics, if that’s a concern to you. I think they are fake Reebox! They are made from canvas material not leather!!! Also they don’t feel right when you walk. My ankle hurt after 1 hour in them. Idk if it’s real but got them for 30 bucks. Now knowing they quality I was getting I would have spent an extra 20 bucks and got one I knew was Legit! ... show more

Normally I fit 8.5 true to size but this time I'd try to half size up because these would be my beaters and I'm 17 still growing and when I got them they feel fit like an 8.5. Still satisfied with what came in looks amazing just a little size problem. If you're gonna go true to size, go half up. ;)

    • Feels different from normal classics

I've been buying these type of classics for 16 years they are always my go to. Just something about them. the comfort, the look, the price, and not popular enough where u'll see a bunch of ppl wearing them. Even tho they are not popular as other shoes no one would ever scoff if they seen u in a fresh pair of classics. Now to the ones I bought, they are the reesycled ones. Never had a pair, the material feels like a canvas and thinner and not as soft as normal classics, not my favorite but fits well and they still haven't been broken in. But, what sold me was my size 13s were 30 bucks and that's y they are 5 stars to me. Anything over 35$ I wouldn't go for them, I'd go to the Reebok down the street and see what kinda sale they got on normal classics. But if u can get em in the $30s or under they'll b a nice pair of dif looking classics. (Edit) After breaking these in I must say these shoes are premium quality. I been playing indoor soccer with these and they don't give unlike the nylon ones which become really loose after a lil while. And the off-white canvas look just works for me will be buying these again. ... show more

The chalk color sneaker is NOT leather, so three stars for that. It is a thin fabric. The shoe is on the narrow side (I have medium wide feet) but fits comfortably. I agree with another reviewer that cushioning is lacking but I solved this with gel soles from the drugstore. Overall the shoe is perfect at this price for casual walking or standing for a good amount of time. The color is nice. The black pair may be leather. I can’t really tell, but the tab at the back of the shoe, which feels like leather, is not the same texture as the rest of the shoe. It fits the same. Overall a good purchase. ... show more

At 71 years of age I can unequivocally state that these Reebok classic tennis shoes are without reservation the best shoes of any type I have ever purchased for the price. I bought my first pair in 1988 and wore them as my on duty shoes as a police officer in Evanston, Wyoming. There were other officers who followed suit. They fit those with a more narrow foot. These classics look superior and are extremely comfortable. These shoes are not the exact model of those I purchased in 1988, however it took two or three close inspections in order to note the changes. Mine lasted a long time and it was with great sadness that I had to finally throw them in the trash bin. Throughout the years I attempted to purchase a pair at numerous other shoe retailers, unfortunately they never seemed to have any available. It might be added that they are classy enough to with a suit and tie. Applying a few coats of polish in filling in the slightly porous surface will give them an excellent shine for those who still indulge in this art. The proud and colorful display of the Union Jack on the tong and outside places them in the same category as the Triumph, the MG, and the Rolls Royce, even though they are now evidently manufactured in Vietnam. It is hoped that those at Reebok Corporate will keep manufacturing this superior quality shoe. ... show more

    • No arch support, tightly laced, stiff sole

When I received these I almost sent them back, but decided to break them in and see what happened instead. The best rating I can give after a month of wearing them is "OK." I have three issues: arch support, the lacing and the sole. There is no arch support in the shoe design. The footbed is a simple, completely flat piece, coated with a sticky adhesive on the bottom. Footbeds usually give some arch support, but these are totally flat. The footbeds were loose in the pair I received -- it looks like they were just dropped into the shoe in the factory (Viet Nam) when they were made. After you wear them a few times the heat from your foot sticks the footbed down. Also, the shoes were very tightly laced when they left the factory. I have a medium width, 10.5 foot and have never worn anything other than a standard width shoe. When I first put these on I could barely get my feet into the shoe, and I had ordered a half size up, size 11. It might sound silly, but it took a day or so for me to realize I had to loosen the laces -- I usually find shoes are ready to go when I take them out of the box. Finally, the sole of the shoe is very stiff. Take a look at the picture -- the sole is not very flexible at all. The treads and grooves on the bottom of the shoe come from a fused-on layer that is just 3/16" thick. All in all, these feel to me like a cheaply made shoe. They are not particularly comfortable, and I wouldn't buy them again. ... show more
