Description

The Goodyear 63313134G Heavy Duty Extension Cord Reel features a 40 ft., 14AWG/3C SJTOW, Triple Tap cord that allows you to have power when and where you need it. The spring ddriven retractable feature with latch keeps the cord where you want it when in use and quickly store it away when finished. The impact resitant polypropelene case with attached swivel bracket can be attached to walls or ceilings helping you keep electrical cords out of the way when not in use. 60 in. lead in cord is included.

I ordered this cord reel after a lot of research. The reviews were spot on. The product is well built, easy to install, and flexible for a variety of mounting locations. The case is solid, the mounting bracket is metal and sturdy, mounting screws are included, the cord is heavy duty as is the triple tap outlet. A light on the tap indicates if there is power to the outlet. The pull down/out system is great with stops wherever I want them. Rewind is a snap. Even the pigtail is adjustable, which is perfect for a ceiling mount and varying heights of the users. I did determine that I need the 15 amp reel instead of the 13 amp one because I was running a job site table saw that pulls 15 amps. Customer service was super, working with me to make an exchange easily. I highly recommend this product and expect to get years of use from it. ... show more

    • Retracts smoothly - Great safety and convenience product
I installed it in the center of my workshop from a 10' ceiling. I was tired of tripping over cords on the floor and trying to locate outlets hidden by floor tools or stacked wood. In this case you do get way you pay for. I've used it for a few months and it retracts flawlessly (a lot of people complain about consistent retraction in cheaper models). The workmanship and product quality are excellent. Another reviewer mentioned unwinding the cord to ease with the installation, and that worked well to reduce the weight when working overhead (you can drape the cord on the ladder). Given the heavy duty cord and the quality of the mechanics, I expect this cord reel to last a lifetime. ... show more

This is one of the best extension cords that I have ever purchased I have purchased several different ones I'm now bought two of these they retract very well and last which is not what I found from the other ones love this chord

Have a wood shop where I conduct my hobbies. Mounted it on the ceiling and it reminds me of the old gas stations with similar equipment carrying both an air and oil hose. Works great! Can plug in multiple tools without having to constantly plug and unplug and use an extension cord.

I really love this product, especially working in the garage. I really enjoy not having to wind up the cord. Just pull back on the extension cord and winds up.
