I ordered four of the black and white valances to go in our breakfast nook. I was only able to put three of them up because the fourth one was dirty and had brown stains on it. It looked like water damage perhaps. Out of the three that are hanging up, one of them is ~2 inches shorter than the other two. I will be reordering two more to hopefully complete my set of four and returning the two defective ones. Otherwise, the fabric is great and I like the lace detail on the bottom! ... show more

Bought these to replace valance I bought from a "country store" site. I paid 3x as much for the old ones. Loved them but when I just took them off to wash they were DRY CLEAN ONLY!!! What?!?! Kitchen valance dry clean ONLY? So for the price of the dry clean I got these which are machine washable. Same pattern but with a cute lace trim. We're preparing the house to sell as we are escaping California (hallelujah!!) for another state. So pardon all the paint pans and stuff in the pic but these were perfect for my window and so cute and great price!!! Put them right on the same curtain rod and voila!!
