I take acqua arobics 2 times a week and I have Parkinson's so cold water is hard on my muscle and joints. The wet suits help me to stay warmer. They do not restrict my movements in the water. The first set I ordered was a xxl because everyone said they run really small. The 2 pieces fit comfortably but I noticed once they were wet, they loosened up a little. This time I ordered xl and it is perfect. The only drawback to the wetsuits is that over time the pool chlorine causes them to fade. I knew this ahead of time so I was not surprised. Except for one important aspect, I really like this wetsuit jacket. In fairness, it is well made, nicely designed and of a nice thick neoprene material. I bought the smallest size available: nice long arms, very tight when dry and certainly seemed to provide protection from the cold.....before I got into the water. Within a minute of entering the pool for water aerobics, the jacket began to expand at the hip allowing water to seep in and up the jacket. Within five minutes, I was soaking wet inside the jacket. Had the jacket been the upper half of a full wetsuit, the "inflation" of the jacket would've been avoided. As is, the jacket for me, was not tight enough (sizing issue) and useless. Maybe a child's size would be better for me. Finally: fit tightly when dry; did not stay tight (on me) when wet. ... show more
