This is a great looking frame, even better than I expected. It was boxed with other frames I ordered, but well packed so no damage. I bought a quality print for my daughter's room and wanted a quality looking frame for it that included a mat but that wasn't crazy expensive, and this was a great choice! I like that the back board portion is easy on/off and of higher quality than a poster frame and the hanging hardware is on it for easy hanging either direction. No scratches or dings on the frame itself or the plexiglass and it is all very thick and sturdy. Buy this one!

The frame is nice quality and looks great. But the glass is so wavy that you get dizzy looking at it. Plan on replacing it unless you’re framing a rolling seaside picture 😂.

We purchased this frame to frame a print for an art gallery show. Sadly it arrived damaged, which wasn't obvious until after we removed the plastic wrapping. There were sizable, noticeable knicks in the bottom center part of the frame and a corner was damaged as well. We're now having to submit the framed print into the gallery show with it looking unprofessional as we don't have time to order a new frame and have it shipped. Otherwise it's a beautiful frame, but the wood does seem a bit delicate.

I WAS impressed with these frames...great packaging, nice quality...UNTIL I tried to put my matted 16 x 20 picture inside! The frame is 21 x 27, with mat it is 17 x 23 ????!!!! Now I am in a bind to get new frames in time before my employees retire. GRRRRR

the frame looks so nice, but we set it on the counter, add the picture, and when we flipped it, all the paint was scratching off. I used my fingernail and it scraped off the paint so easily. we also dropped it on carpet, about 2 feet, and a huge amount of paint on the corner chipped off. thought it would be great because of the reviews. we were not rough with it. we bought black frames from a separate company for a separate purpose, no issue with those with the same treatment.

These are wooden frames (pine, I believe), but unfortunately they are covered with an unattractive black laminate which distracts from the appearance. In addition, mine came with a big chip in the plastic so I am returning it. The packaging really seemed inadequate for something of this weight. The frame does come with a nice piece of real glass.
