The frame is sturdy and well made and it was packed well and arrived without any damage. The bronze color frame and the slightly off-white matte were perfect to set off my print, which now looks like a real piece of art. My only concern is that the sawtooth hanger on the back doesn't look sturdy enough. The 16 x 20 frame with real glass is beautiful but somewhat heavy. My husband thinks he can find some eyelets to hook into the metal frame - these are what are normally used when hanging a metal-framed picture. I am thrilled by this purchase!

This item is one of the best packed items I have ever purchased. I admire this company's care for its product. The metal frame is a little thin, but it seems sturdy. It is easy to take apart and put together except for the extra metal clips. I would definitely recommend this product.

This frame costs more than the others on Amazon, but it’s clearly worth it if you want a cleanly built frame with real glass. Came packed well too, with plastic corner protectors. Only thing I didn’t like was the mounting bracket, but you can loop a wire through the clips to hang.
