I bought this on a blind buy based in its hype and my love for the original release. It took me a bit to warm up to this at first as it's warmer and sweeter than the original fresh scented release. Think heavier citrus top notes, woody mid-notes and warm amber vanilla base notes with Gold Rush cologne. It almost smells vintage somehow yet modern. Reminds me of a vintage stockbroker from New York in the 20's on a fancy hot shot date. I sprayed on wrist and was like hmm...then said screw it and DOUSED myself in it for my birthday night - once you pull your collar and spray down your torso you are COMMITTED as the scent lifts all night. I am SO addicted to this I even sprayed it back on me again the next day when I had nowhere to go. As far as attention from women, I literally had 2 skinny gorgeous women sandwich me and wrap around me at a bar for like a minute...asking me all types of personal questions...and i'm GAY. This fragrance is totally different that Paris’ other mens fragrances. It’s a warm scent, it smells luxurious & expensive. Her other mens fragrances are all sporty & fresh. I would say this is more of an evening fragrance. Definitely will be purchasing again. 🙂

My third mens cologne by Paris Hilton and now I have HEIR in the morning for work, and gold rush for the evening. I prefer goldrush in the evening because I've noticed the cold weather or lower temperature brings it out much more than during the day. The evening compliments it much more. Overall I love the top notes, middle notes, and base notes. It does last long. I do want to CAUTION. Don't over spray it will ruin your true notes with your skin chemistry. 2 sprays is plenty. This is really nice!!! Women have commented that they loved the scent. A few got closer to just get a whiff. I have one in my pit right now putting the lotion back in the basket. The only thing that would make this better would be actual eye contact with Paris Hilton while she blows your cover on a sting operation. Paris is Hot, but this scent is getting me some attention. Or is it my Speedo at the grocery store with a cart full of Magnums, ky, and duct tape? ... show more

5 stars to the opening, 1 star for performance. This fragrance has a shockingly good smell. I smell mostly vanilla with a spice base. The product truly smells phenomenal and is appropriate for many situations imo. Unfortunately the downfall of this fragrance is its longevity. Literally like 2 hours of performance. It’s terrible.
