I love that the paper towel rolls just fit right over the top of this. My old one had a top on it that had to be unscrewed to enable placing the roll on it, then screwed back on. This is weighted and stays in place and is quite attractive. I highly recommend this.

I never thought I'd put in so much effort into looking for a paper towel holder. I also never knew how much it would stress me out in trying to rip a paper towel and not have the whole thing fall off the counter. Adding some sort of weight (or coins) to the bottom did cross my mind.. Thankfully!! I came across this towel holder, read the reviews and I can say that yes.. it works well and has weight when you tear a sheet the whole thing doesn't fall or that you get three instead of the one sheet you wanted. ;) ... show more
