Ordered one day, arrived the next. Packaged very well. I have been looking for a 'certain' curtain for my bedroom for quite a while. I typically do a lot of research, which can be really tedious. I was all over the place for these particular curtains and had narrowed things down to a few choices, each completely different from the other. I saw the price for these particular curtains and really questioned how good they could really be, at that price? I read the reviews, the majority of which were excellent. Often, if I find something I really like - visually, anyway - I'll put it in my 'cart,' and then come back to it a day or two later. If I STILL like it at that point, I know I have a winner. That was the case with this order. In fact, I ended up missing $5 per set on these, simply because I needed to wait a day... But it didn't matter. I was stunned when I opened this package and actually saw these curtains. At this price point, I expected to 'like' them. I did NOT expect to LOVE them. I mean LOOOOVE them. I purchased the gold color. I don't even know what to say first. The weight of the fabric is something you typically only find in a much pricier 'drape.' There is a sheen to these, as well. The color is rich and vibrant, and the fabric feels 'expensive.' Depending on what kind of lighting you have in the room they'll be hung, they can look totally different. I believe they'll do a reasonable job at darkening my room enough to get a great night's sleep but can't yet say whether they'll offer a total 'blackout.' The first thing I thought when opening these curtains was that I wished I was still living in my previous home. It was one of those craftsman style homes with lots of intricate, handcrafted woodworking throughout the entire home, with huge windows and built-ins. These curtains would have been stunning there! I'm almost tempted to knock of the door and tell whoever is living there now to check these out....LOL. The curtains are gorgeous! I wanted to cover the window above the bed because it’s so bright at night (street light shines in). I would rate it a 4/5 simply because it’s not totally blackout but other than that…they’re perfect! 10/10 would recommend. Let me start with the positive. The quality of the fabric is good. The stitching is good. The color is as described. However, the measurements are off. Note: The 1st pic is showing the rod pockets of the 2 panels. The top 2 are 1 panel, the bottom 2 are the second panel. These pics are from my replacement order. The first order had the same problem. It wasn't until I hemmed and hung the first order that I noticed the difference. Im not a seamstress but, I do sew and cringe if I have to take apart something because I rushed or did not triple check my measurements. Consequently, I hemmed the first order precisely. I'm so over doing this window again. I know what adjustments to make so that it will work but geeeez, what a disappointment. With that said, if the bottom of your curtains are hidden by furniture, no one will ever notice. If, on the other hand, the bottom of your curtains are fully exposed, a critical eye will view them as cheaply made. A picture is worth a thousand words. ... show more

I read the other reviews and they were very good for these curtains. I am so happy with this purchase. The quality is amazing. When I received the box and picked it up and felt the weight I was impressed. They are a very nice weight and thickness. They look and feel like expensive velvet curtains. To tell you the truth I am very surprised by their quality at this price point. If this is the finish you are going for I highly recommend these curtains.
