I tend to have calluses on my heels. I try to keep them buffed but with the way I walk (heavy on my heels) and my weight, they happen quick lol. And occasionally, they have cracked. As a type 2 diabetic, I know that foot care is very important. After trying a number of lotions and products, found that this is THE perfect product for diabetic feet. I make a morning ritual with coffee of applying this to each foot, giving it 5-10 minutes to sink in before I put on each sock. You can feel it sink in and lasts the whole day! The only downside is that it is quite expensive as creams go, and since diabetic medications are increasingly expensive, this is hard on the budget.
