I love the tree, however the middle section does not work. Sent the seller a message. They sent back a link to troubleshoot the potential issue(s). Tried everything. I made sure the power cord worked. When I got the box it was a bit damaged, I did think anything about it. The tree appeared to be opened and used. I have sent the seller back a message and still have not received anything back from them. I guess I need to return the tree. I will order a different tree from a different seller. ... show more

Don’t let how this tree looks when it first comes out of the box fool you. When I first saw it, I thought absolutely not. This is an awful tree. Then I took the time to open up the branches and fluff it up and this is the most perfect tree I have ever seen! Beautiful 🎄 I highly recommend it!!!
