LAST UPDATE: So, let me just say that the customer service team for Gocheer is phenomenal. I love them, they have been very positive and friendly and helpful. They shipped me a new Airbrush fairly quickly, and it has all the correct parts and works properly. I am very pleased. Even if there was a mistake at the start, they went out of their way to fix things and for that I am really appreciative. Added a picture with my current setup to show off the airbrush. Would I buy from them again? Yes. Do I like their product? Yes. Is it noob friendly? Yes. Is it good for longtime airbrush users? I don't know. For me, as a beginner it fits my needs, and gives me a chance to try out the hobby without having to invest an arm and a leg. For those reasons I will give this a 5 Star review, the product does it's job, is cost efficient, and works properly out of the box. Below is the original review in all it's fury. I ordered the HY-F200 airbrush kit from them. It was under 80$ and I figured it would be a fun cheap introduction to airbrushing. I've been painting miniatures alot recently and wanted to up my game. A few days pass by and the package arrives, I take everything inside where I have made room and have prepared my minis for painting. Eager and excited to start airbrushing minis for the first time. Unboxing is simple its not much space but that's fine everything looks like it arrived unharmed. I plug in the air compressor, turn it on, it works! Great, now for the first paint. .... wait, somethings missing.... there's no hose! There's no way to connect my new airbrush to the air compressor! Of all the parts that could be missing that hose is arguably the largest. UPDATE: It has been over 24 hours since I emailed them with no response, I went out to buy an "airbrush hose" from my local hobby lobby to hold me over, but it seems the connection point to the compressor it comes with is smaller than the average compressor, so that was a bust. UPDATE: I've just been contacted by the seller, (about 2 days since I first emailed them,) They have informed me that the country was having a Holiday, so they were closed and thus didn't respond. I understand, and really appreciated that they explained what happened, they also informed me they were sending me a whole new kit! not just the missing part, which I was shocked about, and really appreciate. I will update to confirm that the new kit did indeed come in. Until then I'm bumping the review up by one star to 2 stars while I wait. ... show more
