I'm 37 years old and have been working out for over 2 decades and up till about a 1.5 years ago I would run about 20 miles a week. Within the last couple of years I would have joint pains in elbow, knees, and ankles to the point that I stopped running, decreased my workout volume, and eliminated some compound moves (barbell squats, deadlifts, and lightened load of barbell curls). So I've been taking triflex for years (along with omegas and other multi vitamins) as well and it helped to manage some of the joint issues. I recently realized that I have been taking only half the dosage recommended (silly me, so embarrassing 😂), and for the last 6 weeks or so I started taking the correct dosage and magically I have increased my workout load and also started running again! I haven't had any issues with joint or tendon pains in a while and I gotta say that I owe it to Triflex (and maybe my wife who may have helped me notice my error)

My hip and shoulder hurt so bad I couldn't sleep. A friend suggested this so I tried it and within 2 weeks I didn't notice the pain. I started with 3 a day for 1 bottle then went to 2 a day. Tried 1 a day but pain came back so I'm sticking with 2 a day. It works.
