But since they're the type with the plastic frame and no nose pads, I was shoving them up my face CONSTANTLY, which lead to extra smudging on the lenses and more headache. I got these thinking the pads would fall off pretty quickly and wouldn't work super well, but they've surprised me! I've had the first set of pads on my glasses for almost two months now, and even though I wash my lenses in the sink, they're still stuck! I do try my best not to get water on that area, but still. I primarily wear my glasses while doing school work so I’m constantly looking down while wearing them. Pros: - These stopped my glasses slippage. - I don’t get sinus headaches from the slippage anymore. - My eyelashes are naturally long and the tiny distance they add has helped my eyelashes from hitting the lenses as much! Really, really happy about this!! Con: - I have noticed these still leave a nose mark and indentation when wearing my glasses, but the pros outweigh this con for me. I recommend cleaning the area first, then using (clean) tweezers when placing these on. I haven’t had to replace my pieces at all so far even with my oily skin. ... show more

    • No more punching myself in the face

I bought a new pair of glasses with a slightly wider nose bridge that I'm used to and found myself pushing them back up on my face all the time. I saw a couple of different items on Amazon to make the glasses stay where they're supposed to, one in a tube and this one. I tried both and stayed with this one. There are small, kind of half circle pieces of soft plastic that are adhesive on one side. You put that side on the eyeglasses and the other side touches your nose. These work extremely well and lasted about a week at a time, which is fine by me. I'm very pleased with the design and the function of these and would absolutely recommend them. I will share two installation tips. It helps if you clean the area of the frames that you're going to put this pad on with liquid eyeglass cleaner or rubbing alcohol. The pads will stay on a little better than if they don't have to bind to any kind of oils or debris. Also, make sure you have plenty of light when you do the installation. These pads are clear, so it can sometimes be a little hard to see that they are attached correctly. ... show more

I've worn metal frame glasses for the last few years, so when I switched to plastic frames recently, it became obvious that SOMETHING had to be done about my glasses slipping down my nose all the time. It was driving me crazy! Anyway, I found these and they work great! I just cleaned the nosepiece on my glasses with a little alcohol and used tweezers to place the pads on there. Easy Peasy!!! I've had my first pair on for the past two weeks and they're just now starting to look like they might be starting to peel off. I clean my glasses every morning with 50/50 rubbing alcohol and water and a soft cloth and I've not had any problem with them coming off my glasses. ... show more

I’m over the top with joy that I found these pads. There is something with the bridge on my nose and the eyeglasses just do not sit on my nose without constantly sliding down. However, with these pads my eyeglasses stay in place and I am so happy about it.

The nose pads fit as expected. They were slightly visible, but not obvious. They held my glasses in place well and were comfortable. The adhesive lasts about two weeks (for me). All-in-all, it's a good product. I would (and will) purchase these nose pads again.
