Took a while to get it right. There is a bit of a learning curve when using this. My husband liked the taste of it but my son and I sure did not. The texture is funky. We tried it though.

The gluten free egg roll wrapper had a great texture once fried and everyone loved them. The only issue was they tore when rolled as thin as a traditional wrapper, so they were much thicker.

The dough is a little difficult to work at first and the texture is a little heavier than a true wonton skin but the mix has good flavor and offers a good option for those who want gluten free wontons from time to time.

This is nothing like egg rolls but since I am gluten free, I felt it would be better than nothing. I am not sure I would use it again. I would rather just eat the filling by itself.

If you've gone gluten free, but have a craving for an egg roll or a fried wonton, this is *not* the answer. Quite simply, not very good. I’ve used this to make wontons, ravioli, and dumplings, rolling to my desired thickness and cutting to my desired shape. It’s so quick and easy, and I get consistent results, I don’t know why some don’t like it unless there is somehow a user error.
