They are expensive but well worth it because they taste excellent and they are crispy when you cook them. The ppl saying that they molded probably didn't do like they told you because on the package that tell you to freeze upon arrival. I've done that every time and they last forever in freezer. I like to let mine unthaw though because making the pizza and baking it because the crust gets more crispy.

Given the option, my wife and daughter only want pizza made with this crust. We started using these when we thought gluten was causing health problems, but the crust was so good they ask me to make pizza with it every week for movie. I don’t know what the heck I’ll do if Udi’s ever stop making it.

I cooked these on a cookie sheet which made the dough stay a little chewy but they were still really good! I will cook the next set directly on the oven rack and I know they will be perfect then. I wish they were larger, each round is about the size of a paper plate. Makes very nice individual size pizzas but if you are feeding a whole family you will need to buy accordingly and they will take up more space in the oven than one large one in the middle.

Looks like we are ordering dinner tonight. I was excited to finally get Udi’s crust so we could make our own pizza. They arrived moldy with no expiration date. Not sure how long they have been in the package. What a disappointment. Waste of money and can’t return! What’s more frustrating is that we ordered 2 packages so now we are out double the money.

freaking delicious, you can put anything on it. my fiance just made meatball, pepper and onion pizza with these and they were insanely good, he just adds extra olive oil for that authentic taste. doesn't crumble apart or taste gluten free. great for lazy days when we don't want to cook for a long amount of time and just want to throw together a delicious dinner. i just REALLY wish they weren't $3 per pizza (at the time of this writing, $6 for a pack of 2). that really adds up, so i don't eat them as often as i'd like. each size is perfect for a personal pizza. i am left feeling full but not sickly full - probably bc we always add protein and fat (oil).
