My rave about these two quality and charming two-tone pasta bowls is that they are perfect for multi uses. Pasta, salads and even the entire meal. The first time I used them, I served a cooked white rice with a beautiful colorful stir fry on top of the rice and, WOW! It looked so gorgeous and appetizing! My husband was in agreement that it looked so much more appealing in these bowls than my traditional white bowls. Since then, I've served several different types of colorful salads and each time, I so appreciate the size of the bowl and its depth. Truly, they are hefty and really solid stoneware! When the description stated that they are made of high-quality porcelain materials, it shows, with the high shine and beautiful color! In the future, I hope to get at least another set, even though I have the white bowls. Thats just how pleased I am with them. There are also the attributes of being microwave and dishwasher safe. These bowls are very high quality and look beautiful. They have a lot of weight to them and are robust. They also have some decent size to them which is ideal for things like salads and soups. Definitely a beautiful set to add to your dinnerware.

I got these bowls specifically for serving pasta and they work great for that purpose. I opted for the Navy Blue color and they look striking on the table. Even though we do not have many other dishes of the same color, they still blend in well and add a nice accent to the table setting. They also complement some of our Asian-style utensils. The product description is spot on. These bowls are quite sturdy and after using them for over a month, none of them have chipped. The shipping was prompt without any issues.     • Great for serving a salad as a main course
I eat a lot of main dish salads and I have the dilemma of what dish to use; not a huge problem but still. I like the idea of a plate because I can spread the salad around and mix things up but sometimes, the salad ingredients fall off the edges if the plate is too small. If it's too big, I feel like I'm eating enough for 2 or 3 people and I hate that! A bowl is good because it keeps everything contained but it's usually too small to hold a main dish salad. My next option is a serving bowl! No. These bowls solve my "dilemma". They are like a plate but with a shallow rim. I love them. They're perfect for a main dish salad, pasta, soup (especially something like a fish stew where you serve the seafood in their shells) paella, etc. They're also great for serving rice, roasted veggies or other side dishes. If you have a large table and a lot of people, you can serve the same side dish in each of these bowls-one bowl on each end of the table. Less passing of food around the table is a good thing. They're sturdy, properly glazed with no flaws that I can see and they are microwave and dishwasher safe. They came really well packaged. If you want to leave them out, because they're that good looking, put some fruit in them and set them on the counter. These are versatile bowls! ... show more

So far so good with these bowls. I got them for pasta and other dishes where you mix everything together, they are a good size for casseroles, etc. They have no markings on the bottom nor did they come with any written guidelines, so not sure if they are technically microwave/dishwasher/oven safe. I have washed it in the dishwasher upper rack once without issue, but not sure about the microwave or oven. They are very pretty to look at and go well with my other dishes so I am overall happy with them. ... show more

These quickly became my favorite bowl. It just right size and just right depth. Easy to clean. They are great quality. Didn't noticed any chip or crack after using it continuously for 2-3 weeks. These pasta bowls are simply beautiful and very thick and easy to clean. They are definitely super spacious to fit a nice amount of pasta or any other meal. They are dishwasher safe and a great value for the money. I wish I could have enjoyed both bowls but one did come broken. Otherwise, I would have gave this review 5 stars. ... show more
