But since I got this around March 20th. And taking the sellers point of view. No, I’m going to stop doing this. So I use this everyday. No rainy days or heavy winds. And when I asked a question. They very politely said take a picture. And before I took this one. I wanted to let them know on a competitors product. What I was talking about. Still haven’t heard back from them. And on my very first message I said I was very happy with this product. But I asked them, that I saw a product on the street. Maybe you make something similar. The same size bag. But you carry it like a backpack. I still haven’t gotten a response. And I wasn’t looking for anything for free. I just wanted to pay for a replacement. Now I will never buy from them again! Now today I am going to change 4* rating to a 1* This is a decent bag with absolutely 0% service. And why is there demand, to take a picture of this. And I told him that I enjoyed this bag. And I was willing to pay for the part that came apart in 3 months. I even asked if he had this product I saw going down the street. He said he did. But because this dreadful company will not even buy the probably $3 attachment. So now I will even tell Amazon how they have ignored me! Don’t buy this decent bag! ... show more

I wanted a lunch bag with a longer, crossbody-style strap, but this is a little bigger than I was hoping for. It's working for what I need, so it's not too bad. The main compartment zipper tends to stick a little, though.

I bought this for my husband since he only gets a 30 minute lunch at his new job. He loves it and has had no issues. I saw some people had issues with the zipper getting stuck, but we haven't had that issue.

Whenever we leave the house, I always take cold water and a sweetened drink for my husband who has a real problem with his blood sugar dropping fast. I purchased this insulated bag to have a small container for just a couple of bottles and some ice pouches. And this bag has worked great for me! I put a couple of frozen bags in with the bottles and even on the hot days this past summer, the bottles were kept cold and the drinkable. So far, I have not seen any leaking out of the bag anywhere. My 7 year old son picked this out as his school lunch box. 1st day was great! He was able to pack everything he wanted in it, including 3 water bottles! Ultimately, it didnt fit in his back pack and he dislikes it. However, my husband loves it! So much space without taking up too much space on the truck!
