I received my order they were very very beautiful. Then I noticed the shark died first and then one after another started dying and then every fish in my tank died. I worked with the company and at first they said that they would replace, and then they gave me an excuse that they was just gonna give me a refund, and then finally they sent me replacements. These fish are doing good but now, even though I was gonna order again, despite what happened they refused to take anymore of my orders but that’s OK. It wasn’t my fault that all the fish died. A very good value for the price. I received 14 different fish. All different sizes and colors. They were all alive and well when I opened the box. They are still all alive and growing. I would definitely buy from this company again.

I ordered 6 fish and 1 died several days later and I was refunded for it. Other fish all look good. I believe ordering these fish when its below freezing is not the best idea. Shipping was overnight and they were packed well. I would use this company again because they did a good job. I've had these fish for 2 weeks today and im glad I ordered them this way. A side note, I read the instructions step by step for adding the fish to the tank and I had a cycled empty tank that I used for these fish. Thanks again. ... show more
