If your GLOfacial is not turning on, please allow it to charge for ~2.5 hours to last ~40 sessions. GLOfacial isn't suctioning? Make sure to use on damp skin, on the highest suction mode with the small tip and glide slowly across skin, keeping the tip in constant contact as you GLO.     • Trash! Never again! Waste of $$$
The device starts off good enough and gives some good results, but overtime it will eventually start to be problematic. The suction feature eventually stops working and you have to mess with it to get it to work again. It's not easy to thoroughly clean the device so overtime due to the fact that it pulls skin cells and buildup from your skin it will eventually develop and release an odor when you're using it. Eventually the suction caps that you place on the device that are applied directly to your skin eventually become loose and will not stay on the device while you're using it so you're constantly having to apply them back to the device and even compressed them hard against your skin to keep it in place. The side that holds the waist is way too sensitive, all it takes is a little bit of liquid to get on the end of the that expel the waste and you can't get the device to work until you can dry those off. It's somewhat decent but unfortunately it has a shelflife. After so many uses, the integrity of the device starts to fail. I've been using this device for nearly a year, it's been messing up for at least the last 5 months and I'm not satisfied with it. I'm definitely looking for another alternative and if I have to pay a little bit more money for a better quality so be it I always go for quality. I just threw mines in the trash. ... show more

Works best over time rather with continued use. The serum goes quickly though, what comes with the package is not enough for more than a week.

    • Sucks the gunck right out!!
Absolutely love this! I have one complaint, though: the reservoir where the dirty water empties into is nearly impossible to clean. I've used a Q-Tip, but it doesn't work very well. Otherwise, it does a great job removing impurities!

    • Straight out of the box and fully charged, only the blue light works.
Unfortunately all the “negative” reviews are actually true. I had been eyeing this item for a while now, and decided to pull the trigger with the black Friday deal. I received it very quickly, great job, Amazon! Sadly, upon first use only the blue light will come on then it’ll constantly beep no matter what angle I try. I did all the recommended troubleshooting and still just blue light beeps. My mom purchased hers from Ulta earlier this year so I know how to use it as I tried it once on myself and son and we LOVED it, simply amazing…when it works! She got about 3 1/2 months of use, using twice a week before it started doing the exact same thing. Which unfortunately for her was past the 90 day return window. Ulta said this is a very common issue, one of their most returned facial tools and she never heard back from BeautyBio via email or phone call. I should’ve listened to her when she warned me not to purchase it! Oh well, back in the box and headed to UPS store. I was really looking forward to using this on myself and teenage son. So with all this said has anyone found a comparable device that actually works and stays working?? I’d appreciate a reply if so. So all in all I’d recommend not purchasing this item unless you want to take a gamble to be one of the lucky ones that works for more than a day to a week or a few months.     • Hydro-Facial at home
This is a great tool for blackheads and oily skin. I used it on myself and the discard chamber definitely reflected what came off, but my friends's skin was very telling. They have very delicate skin that tears easily, but struggles with blackheads that become painful on their nose. This was an excellent remedy! The device has to be held upright at all times to work, so it can be difficult to get to some spots, but overall-works great. ... show more

    • Pump clogging is the reason it stops working
I love this product because it really clears my face. However, when I have a lot of dry skin, that’s when it immediately clogs and loses suction. Took me a while to figure this out. There needs to be a process for clearing the pump or some kind of cleaning solution (IPA in the ultrasonic cleaner works well for the tips). Unfortunately I’ve replaced it close to 6 times (what the f) because it’s the ONLY thing that keeps my face clean. They always replace it but I’m sick of doing it every 4-6 months.     • Expensive product that quit working quickly. Was ok until it quit working.
It worked great initially but quickly quit working. It began to only do 1/2 my face before the 3-beeping flickering light clicked on:( Even though I had cleaned my face before I begin, emptied both the chambers, and cleaned it, it wouldn't begin working again until I'd charged it for hours or overnight). Because it began doing this pretty quickly, it was still under warranty and the company allowed me to return it and credited my amazon acct. (I wrote them about the issue but they didn't respond; then I searched on Amazon to find out the way to return it...as it wasn't on the order 'return' link for non-working products that's usually available). The price had increased so much, I didn't want to risk reordering another one and having the same problem. For the price charge, it should be a much more solid and better product with a longer warranty. ... show more

    • DO NOT BUY!
I bought one about a year ago and used it for several months. It stopped working but I had it too long to do anything about it. When it was on sale during Amazon days I decided to try it again, maybe I just got a dud. I even ordered another tool that looked like it would perform similarly but their suction was much too strong. This one lasted even less time than the original one. This is a great devise and it helped my skin look great. BUT, if it only lasts 4 months it definitely isn't worth it. I am very disappointed but I want everyone to know that you are gambling with this expensive tool thinking it will last more than a few months. DO NOT BUY!!! Update- I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement. Now just a few months later the replacement won't charge or turn on. ... show more
