I purchased this to replace the EXACT SAME ONE I had purchased a couple of years ago. I went to my account. looked up my prior purchase and clicked on BUY AGAIN. When the new one arrived. I removed the older one. When I tossed the new one on the Bed it felt much lighter. I then lifted it up from th mattress and I could see that the sewn in pockets has considerably LESS FILLING then the old one. I picked up the old one and looked at the down and even though it was over two years old and had been used the entire time. The pockets were completely full unlike the new one which had much more light showing the voids around the down filling. In addition the older one was much heavier. I am assuming as a cost saving attempt by the Company they reduce the amount of Down Filling. After using it for a week it is not as warm or as comforting as the previous one. The Description is the same for both of them.

After our dog chewed our old down comforter and my boyfriend was so upset i researched and agonized to find a replacement that would be perfect and arrive in time for his bday. We opened it yesterday and shook it and laid it on the bed, and it was perfectly fluffed by bedtime. We loved it so much I couldn't wait to write a review. There is no bad odor whatsoever. We've only had it one day but i see no signs of feathers poking out at all. The cover is so soft and smooth and cool I don't think we'll use a duvet cover. At this price point we will use it well and dry clean it. There is a bit of crinkling sound when moving around (not too much) which I find pleasing and comforting - like the good old fashioned percale sheets I loved growing up. I purchased a queen size for our full bed as we may move to a queen, and on our standard full size bed, the 90x90 size falls like a bed spread just above the floor. The seams are well stitched and loops for cover seem very sturdy. The weight of the comforter is perfect - just heavy enough to feel that you're covered, but light and fluffy at the same time. I think the level of fill is perfect. It was a chilly night and we like to sleep with the window cracked and the fan on, and we were toasty warm but not too hot. I think I will purchase a lighter weight one for the months in between heat and air conditioner weather, but couldn't be happier with this product for winter or summer with air conditioning. Also love the responsibly sourced down. I highly and happily recommend this comforter - no need to continue searching!

I was looking to find a new king sized down comforter because we loved our down comforter we had for our queen sized bed. I read a ton of reviews on Amazon, soooooo many, trying to find one that would be good. This happened to be on a prime day special. I am glad I chose this one! I bought the all-season weight. First, there was no smell, as some have said. Second, I pulled it out right after getting it and let it air/fluff out spread on the couch for most of the day. It fluffed up very nice! Lastly, I put the duvet cover on and it is so fluffy and soft on our bed. It's the perfect weight, not too heavy or light. We have now had this comforter for almost 6 months and we are still very pleased with it. I am very glad I went with all-season. I almost went with the winter weight because we like our comforters to be more on the heavy side. If we had got that one, we would swelter because our winters are not extremely cold! As it is, this all-season keeps us so warm that I will probably not need to put any extra blankets on the bed this winter. I am so glad I chose this comforter out of all the different options on Amazon. Amazing quality, softness and warmth!

First thing, the zipper on the storage bag is broken. So that decreases the value because now I am going to have to purchase a storage bag. Second the bag that holds the comforter was not sealed. Is this a returned or used item? The tags are slightly yellowed which suggests this item has been somewhere for a long time after manufacturing. The outer shell is soft and of good quality. Like brushed cotton or some similar material. It doesn’t crinkle as loudly as some that I have had banned to the camper or guest room. It fluffed up nicely after putting in the dryer on air fluff for 20 minutes. There are a couple of dark feathers that show through but you won’t notice once the duvet cover is on. It is not lightweight because it is winter weight but I find it comforting to sleep under a weighted comforter rather than a quilt or just a sheet. I have purchased at least a dozen down comforters in my lifetime because I love them so much but this one is not my best favorite.

This thing is amazing. We were hesitant to order a comforter via Amazon, but we bit the bullet anyway. It arrived and sat in its package for about a week before we could open it. Once opened, I laid it out flat on our king size bed (we ordered the king size comforter, winter version)... When I say thing thing is fluffy, I mean it went from being about 2” tall to like 8”. It’s like waking up in a cloud every morning. The filling hasn’t shifted for us, and we’ve been used a duvet cover with it. Now... there’s a winter and all season version for a reason. We keep our house pretty cold in the winter. We wear sweats and house coats so we keep the heat turned down low. When it’s time for bed though, I’m not even kidding we strip down to just our underwear in this 60 degree house and this comforter keeps us so warm and cozy. We plan to purchase the all season version before winter is over so we can enjoy this quality in the summer as well. We’ve had ours for a month as of the time of this review. I’ve recommended it to friends and family already. The quality is amazing, the price is unbeatable, and I honestly don’t think I could go back to down-alternative comforters now.
