I move for all pretty happy with these boots since I bought them in a sale price, I noticed the price went up a few days later when a friend asked me where I bought them. They fit me great, I went half a size up like I normally do in boots - and I have a wide foot, but had no problem with these. They’re pretty comfortable, not sure I would wear them for much walking, though I like the color I like the ties in the back it’s just a little awkward to wrap the extra lace around and figure out where to tie it. It’s fall here, I wore them outside, but it didn’t drop below 50. I stayed warm in them with a pair of pantyhose and socks over top. Easy to zip up! ... show more

LOVE these boots! They fit well around my caveman calves and I measured my feet according to the sizing guide and they are spot on. The only down side is they are tight around my ankles and although I have caveman calves I do not have kankles so I am not sure why that is lol. Although they are tight they are still comfortable. I love the way they look and they seem very sturdy considering the price. I would LOVE to get a pair of these in black. In fact its not a want its a need lol. These boots appeared to be good quality for the price that I paid. They have good treads and a heel that’s not too high, making them good for all day wear. I loved the style and the ability to tighten the back laces to fit my skinny calves. The biggest issue is that they were too big. I am a standard women’s size 8, but these were a bit snug at the ankle and way too spacious throughout the foot part. Unfortunately I had to return them, so I cannot comment on the long term durability or how well they work for cold weather. I would recommend going down half a size if you are slimmer and have more narrow feet. ... show more

Im actually impressed with these boots. I know its a toss up whether you will get some good from Amazon, but these fit right, and are fairly comfortable. I also love the style. I wore them a lot this past winter and my feet were pretty warm. No problems with the zipper or seams thus far. Also a fan of the practical traction texture on the bottom. I feel fashionable boots are way too smooth on the bottom and usually a slipping hazard, but not these. ... show more

First off, I’ve read all the reviews measure your calf. With that being said, I put these boots a few months ago in my cart. They were $65 at that time then about a week ago they popped up they were only $32. So I purchased them these are not what I would call an expensive boot even at 65. Every year I buy a well-made leather boot I spend upwards of $150-$200 so with that being said when I buy a $35 boot, I’m not expecting a miracle just something fun to wear.. And that’s what these are they are cute. My calf is 14 inches they are a little big but that’s fine. I wear an 8 1/2 I had on my husbands socks when I tried them on to see how big they would feel and I will say that if you are true to your size, and you don’t plan on wearing an extra thick sock, I might consider going down half a size bed for me. I was OK with it. Just because they have laces does not mean that they will make a serious difference on your calf. It’s more of a decoration as with the style that has the buckle at the top. They are not leather they are fabric or plether. The heel is about an inch and a half and it’s fairly quiet on tile and wood floors. I don’t know if they’re waterproof but it wouldn’t hurt to put a little waterproofing on them since they are fabric. I wear mine with a moderate sock and pants tucked in again I have a 14 inch calf I believe that these would work for someone all the way up to a 16 inch. They are cute, but these are not shoes that you invest a lot of money in. That’s why they’re in the fashion section if you wear them every day, you probably won’t get more than three months out of them, but I plan on wearing them as a fashion shoe not every day. ... show more

These boots are super cute, and of very nice quality. The sole is thick and sturdy, the leather is nice and not the awful plasticy faux leather stuff, and the inner felt lining is warm and soft. That said, don't be fooled by the back lacing. I thought for sure that I'd be able to loosen the lacing to fit my wide calf like you might a corset, but no. There is no extra fabric, so while you can loosen the laces, it's not going to do anything. There is also no stretch whatsoever. As a boot, it's cute, it's a good value for the price, and it's a high-quality, comfortable shoe for a Renaissance faire or day-to-day wear. But if you have wide calves, don't be fooled - this will not fit you. ... show more
