UPDATE: these boots are so cute I just couldn’t send them back! Insoles do help to snug up the boxiness and size. I added a couple of extra holes to each strap to tighten them up. I was determined! It worked and they actually look better scrunched some more! These boots are very cute and seem to be good quality. I always wear a size 9 and in this boot that’s too big even with a wool sock. I’d need an 8.5 but even then the whole foot area is very large in a stiff boot. The calf part is large enough that I can slip my feet in and back out without unzipping them. I have to return them because I need them to be stable, but they are super cute! ... show more

This boot is really cute. I'm only giving it 4 stars because, not being leather, it looks a bit on the cheap side. It did take me 3 tries to get the size right. I normally wear a 10, but I wear an 8-8.5 in this boot. The 8.5 is a little big, so I could probably wear an 8, but I settled on 8.5. I wore this out the other night, danced for a few hours, and it was very comfortable. I'll definitely wear it when we take the bike out. ... show more

Wasn't impressed with the boots. Their buckles and zippers did not have the shiny silver color that are shown in the picture. Plus they are too wide in tha ankles and tops. So no I would not recommend these to anyone.

I was really excited to get these boots however I didn’t wanna pay $60 on them so I used the coupon and some points that I had on my Amazon account. When they arrived, I really liked the way that they looked. They had the exact look that I was going for, and I felt like they fit me well even though I sized down. They don’t seem stiff or chunky. HOWEVER. I was immediately taken back by the quality of the boots. The top of the boot almost feels plasticky, with thinner foam for the top parts of the boot. This does not feel like any kind quality leather material. - which I would expect from boots that would have cost $60. It’s definitely not “high-quality Italian faux leather”. It’s low quality SHEIN version of the boots I hoped to get. Just keep this in mind if you decide to purchase. ... show more
