These walkie Talkies work excellent, very useful for my father that doesn't know how to use cellphones. They pay by themselves, no monthly fees. Very Easy to use. The size is perfect and look goood. Range is excellent. I love the features of external flash light. Botton responsive is bery smooth.

First off I would recommend these radios. They work and are very clear. That being said I'm going to focus a few negative things. 1st. The battery on mine is clearly marked 2500mh not 5000. 2nd. The call tone isn't audible even when turned on. I also wish they had a ring button so the other user knew you were calling. 3rd. The radio is very loud even on the lowest setting. Knowing this and what others are saying I believe most would be happy with these radios. Just some room for improvements including a better quality screen.

I bought four just a couple of weeks ago and they came all connected and ready to use right out of the boxes. I tried them 40 miles away and 400 miles away during a trip and they worked as stated all along the way through different states with very clear communications. They do work over cellular networks in the US only, so they won't work off the grid or in other countries. They do charge with supplied usb C chargers and with other lower amp usb C charges, but not with higher 65 amp usb c chargers, like for a laptop computer. The batteries are only 2500 Amh, not 5000, but seem to have a long battery life. A QR code to register does display everytime you turn them on, but you don't have to do anything with it, it goes away in just a few seconds. The instructions could be better, but it wasn't hard to figure out how to just talk to one other user instead of all four at the same time. I just bought two more and noticed the two new ones had a couple software options my first four didn't have and I also wanted to change the user ID's and add a group to a few of the radios. Customer support is excellent! It is only available via email or WhatsApp, so I didn't know what to expect. I emailed them the changes I wanted, and they completed all of them that same night! They also set up an account for me and emailed me a manual for it so I can make all future chances myself. So, now I can add/change groups and users, etc. They are new, so I can't comment on their durability, but they seem to be of good quality and so far, I am very pleased!

These radios are excellent... You can talk across the country and more... so far they have been flawless... the battery life is about 5 days on standby 24?/7.... type c charges fast... had some questions for customer service and they answered me within hours with emails... super fast and very easy to work with .... its pretty much push the button and talk to everybody in your group... or each person individually in your group... and all crystal clear....so we leave them on 24/7 and somebody wants to talk you can hear them if your in the boat, or basement or cruising down the highway... you can talk crystal clear and never any bills after you buy the units... its good to talk to your for kids to keep in touch with them without handing them a smart phone with the internet and everybody else's phone number... ha.. I have several for the kids and grandkids.. no more cell phone bills that kids need...they have a tough case and seem kind of water resistant... The radios are about the size of a pack of cigarettes but with the antenna its another inch or so for total of 5 inches tall and little over inch thick and they have a clip on them also... amazing battery life...perfectly clear.... seem very durable... This is my second review on Amazon so no $ for plugging this radio.... so far its a awesome radio with no complaints at all...
