I have been only using them for a day but love them. They are nice and small (about the size of a pack of cigarettes) yet the volume is loud crisp and clear. They charge on a usb-c plug which goes from red to green when charged. They work on any cellular carrier in the USA. The best part is there are no monthly or yearly fees like other radios. These radio are so impressive i am going to order another set. I have a lot of UHF band walkie talkies we use but those have limited range of a couple miles. These radios have pretty much unlimited range across the country. Also, the price point is reasonable. You get 2 radios with chargers.

I was thinking about ordering another brand of Radio. I was extremely happy with my first purchase that I immediately bought a second set. These radios definitely have unlimited range via SIM cards and mobile internet. I’ve traveled several states away and the clarity is just like I am next door. These are VERY easy to use! You turn the on and talk to your other radio. You can group talk or one on one in private. You can name groups and have a and b channels. The radio feels like any other sturdy consumer Walkie Talkie. The sound is very clear with options to add external mic and speakers. Plus these charge via Cradle or USB-C. The design is minimal and user friendly. The other features that makes these radios so attractive are that they support dual IOT Sim Cards, they work in areas where my cellular phone doesn’t have signal, and the thing that is the best Feature (unlike other similar radios) the service is for life! You pay once for your radios and you have lifetime radio service access for free! Many other services require annual or monthly subscription charges. Customer Service is outstanding! I’m in Kentucky and they are in China but they communicate quickly and efficiently with their customers. I’m happy! I’m ordering more radios for Family use, Emergencies and off the grid use!!

I bought this to stay in touch with my daughter when she is otside play, i want to make sure she can connect with us whenever she needs without giving access to phone, this is perfect for that without any distance limitation, i tried with couple of miles working without any issue, very clear and loud voice, easy to use, not sure about other features. Good battery life and small size, clip to hang around waist, i will try to use it with my next international travel.

So far the radios work as described. My only disappointment is the lack of directions for programming the radios. There is no customer service number to call or even a web site. I would like to create a contact list but dont know if that is possible since there is no directions. The web site they provide for customer service does not work.

These radios are great I bought these to communicate with someone over 1300 miles away, we live in different states the radios worked flawlessly, even in lower reception areas the call quality and clarity is perfect. Battery life on these things are awesome. customer support is also great they get back to you very quickly if you have a question or concern. I would recommend to anyone, I've been using them now for about a month regularly almost everyday.

Excellent item. Only had for about 2wks now and so far so good, these work as advertised. I stumbled upon these about a month ago to order and couldn't believe they were actually real providing free lifetime unlimited SIM data abilities that you don't ever have to renew, but they are real. You can use them ANYWHERE there are cell towers by the 3 main providers at any time to reach family/friends no matter where either of you are located. Across country or town, getting in touch is instant and sounds clear when talking. They are a great item to have, very light weight and hand size so even an elderly person can easily handle them to keep in touch. Also, I had a question about the batteries received and was provided with top notch exceptional customer service by Eric, including being provided with compensating items related to my inquiry about the batteries as a show of appreciation of my purchase. I cannot speak for anyone else, just my experience but so far my experience using these PoC radios by this Vendor and dealing with customer service has been great.

No prior experience with PoC radios but plenty experience with radios. Even once studied to get HAM certified. These radios are adequately constructed. Package wasn’t the fastest due to it shipping from China but it was still delivered timely. Relatively easy to use and customer support with Eric has been excellent. He’s like having your own personal tech support. Transmissions have a pinch of lag so I recommend giving it a whole second after pressing your PTT button before sending your traffic. Transmissions are loud and clear and just something about the use of radios is just so convenient and fun. Excellent for staying in touch with your caravan while on the road. Can’t wait to get more. Definitely recommended.
