My son likes to suck his thumb with a blanket. He was using a regular swaddle, but we are wanting to wean him of the habit. These are wonderful for just that! They are about half the side of a regular swaddle, a little thinner, but strong material. They washed well without shrinking or bleeding of colors. They are also super soft! Yes they look just like the picture but the only thing you could use them for would be to safely cover a carseat in the summertime. But then again itself so small and thin it might not cover and probably would blow away.
