This is a great guitar for twice the price but it isn’t twice the price!!! It’s less than $100! And it works very well, would be worth it if it cost twice as much, is what I’m saying. The fretboard it smooth, the neck is too but it did get better and smoother after I used some very very fine sandpaper on it. Couldn’t believe it actually works, let alone works well, at this price point. I’ve read of inconsistency in the build quality in other reviews, so maybe I got lucky. But, the one I got is pretty great for any price, extremely great for this low price.

It's quite a good guitar. The humbucker sounds warm, and the bridge pickup is more brash. Using both creates a good blend of sound. The wine red finish is absolutely gorgeous. My only gripes are the crappy strings (one snapped in my face on the first day of having it) and that the strings don't quite align with the pickups.

I got this guitar as a “cheap” guitar I could travel with and not take my G&L or Fender tele. I figured I would need to totally re-do everything and then it would be usable. Maybe this one was an “outlier” but IT IS FANTASTIC. Without any mods, without any adjustments, and without even changing to expensive strings, out of the box I tuned it and gave it a try. WOW. Someone even had done intonation! It has thru the body strings. There are brass saddles at the bridge. The fret edges are rounded. The switch and pots have no static. There is no hum. With the neck humbucker and the bridge single coil I can get almost any sound from funk to blues to country. And the guitar is very light. (I wish I had one this weight 30 years ago playing all night in bars! hehehe). Anyway, I hope all of these are of this high quality. I AM IMPRESSED. I LOVE THIS GUITAR.

Ok, to start the usual fast and seamless shipping from Amazon. The guitar looks great! However it does require a complete setup, as it's not playable out of the box. The bridge isn't correctly installed, the action is wrong, the neck is rough, and the strings are garbage. Exactly what I expected for $89! With a good setup and a little sanding/polishing it will be playable. I suspect the bridge pickup will replaced, but we'll see. All in all an amazing product for just $89!

Nice thinline body,(looking through f hole appears to be ash). Had to level & recrown frets. Replaced all electronics , reshaped headstock, shaped back of neck into a V neck, painted changed tuners & pickguard & bridge. Now it’s a keeper & one of my favorites! 🤠

I don't know if there is a new trend overseas to make supper fat guitar necks fatter then any I've played and the quality has gone down hill, to much fret work to do if even posable. I used to have good luck with the cheep amazon guitars but i've had to send back two necks and two guitars in the last two months 7/2/24 It's to bad about the necks, The bodies are great.

The construction was solid and light weight. Sound hole poorly finished, uneven paint job, rough parts un- sanded, tuners slipped. It was so pretty I almost wanted to keep it. If they amp up the quality control I may reorder in the future. Didn't even plug it in, so I can't comment on the pickups. Sent an email to Glarry. Got a "sorry 'bout that" reply but no offer to replace it so I sent it back to amazon. I would like to add that the reason I wanted it to begin with was the thickness of the wood around the F hole . It was nice and thick compared to many other brands of similar cost. More like an instrument than a noise maker. Alas. J. P.
