While I did not end up keeping this wagon (too large for my needs), I can say a few things- 1) customer service was super helpful and prompt with their responses and my return went smoothly. 2) the wagon itself is awesome if you’re looking for a larger wagon with a foot well. Also, this wagon comes with canopy’s, detachable bag, comfort padding for the seats and a napping station (unlike other expensive wagons). Tried it inside my home; steering was easy. Very well made!! Honestly I would have kept it if it was smaller. Again , the company was great to work with and understanding of my return.

Overall this has been a good wagon. I love the add on that can be removed easily. My only complaint is that the sun shade is not tall enough for my 4 year old and the leg space is challenging the food/cup holder in. So I would not recommend if your kid is exceptionally tall for their age.

So far, we love this wagon! It's very smooth and comfortable for my 8 month old and almost 4 year old. Super easy to fold up and open. One of the canopies won't fully extend properly, and I find the smaller wheels a little shaky depending on the terrain. But overall we live it!

We purchased this wagon for our 2 boys (2.5 years & 8 months old). Both of them love it. It’s built very well with high quality parts. We’ve take it through dirt, rock, and wood chips. All handles very well. For the price, I would buy this again any day over the very expensive Veer brand wagon. The only downside is that it doesn’t fold up very small to fit in the back of a car. It folds slim, but still the same length. Overall love it!

We love our Gladly wagon and have recommended it to friends. As far as price goes it is definitely the best value for this type of wagon, we looked into the veer but it would have cost nearly twice as much after getting all of the accessories that come with this one. I am only 5’1 and am able to manage the wagon on my own. It is a little heavy and large but I can get it in and out of my SUV with no issues. It does take a bit to get used to the push, it’s not quite the same as a regular stroller We mostly use it outdoors or in bigger open areas like aquariums etc. I probably wouldn’t use it as an every day stroller it would be difficult to manage inside smaller places like the grocery store or anywhere super crowded. We have had it for 2 years now and used it with the adapter for an infant carrier and now use it with our 2 & 4 year olds. The canopies are a little short for my 4 year old but he doesn’t seem to care and still tries to close him and his sister up in them.

5'2 mom with an only child review Purchased this for my almost 2 year old as he was outgrowing his stroller. I opted for the bundle option, but probably should have bought the base. The bundle option includes padded seat covers. Unfortunately they don't fit. I did contact Gladly, but have yet to hear back from them. The wagon does fairly well with pushing and pulling. I've tested it out on snow and uneven payment, works fine. At 5'2", the handle is comfortable to push and pull. My husband is 5'7 and also has no issues. It's not super heavy to load and unload in our car (Explorer 2022). The canopies are short. I also noticed that they don't stay upright fully. Additionally when zipping up both sides, it feels like it's straining. Almost as if there isn't enough fabric. I've used it for a few days and noticed the handle squeaks. Unsure of this is related to the cold. I'm hoping that once the weather warms up, the squeak will go away. Despite these few shortcomings, I'm happy with my purchase. The price point is much better than the Veer. Set up was fairly easy. It is easy to maneuver, and my son loves it.

Put this together in under 10 minutes. Took toddler and infant for a 3 mile stroll on sidewalks streets and grass. Excellent wagon. Used the car seat adaptor with Nuna Pipa Lite LX work perfectly. Including the second canopy. Storage basket, sleep mat. Cup holder and storage container make this literally pound for pound the best prices wagon/stroller combo out there. Yes it’s a little big, but it’s basically a dual stroller replacement for us in the second vehicle. And something we can grow with when the kids are both toddlers.
