I did a lot of research before buying this. If I could fit this in my kitchen I would totally buy another one! I needed to replace a really ugly breakfast nook with storage, in a second kitchen downstairs for guests. A lot of other ones I looked at did not appear to have a strong mechanism for the fold out part. I wanted metal underneath. The instructions were easy to read and I had no trouble putting it together. I am very meticulous and I read everything. The only issue I had with the instructions, which was really obvious to figure out, it was that the very last part said the screws were letter ‘X’ and there were none with that letter. But there were tons of letter ‘V’ left so clearly that was a mistake in the instructions. The only issue I have with the unit itself in terms of quality, is that one door sits lower than the other and hits the bottom shelf so I have to lift it to close it. Once the door is in, you can’t take it out or adjust, because the little nub clicks into a hole. So this is why I gave it a 4, not a 5. The instructions say 60 mins and I laughed out loud. I suppose if you had done it a few times you could do it in an hour but not for the first time, if you want to do it properly. I think it took me about 3 hours, taking my time.

I am using this in my utility room mostly as a wrapping station. It has made Christmas wrapping so much easier. I absolutely love it! It was a little tricky to put together, but luckily I have a handy husband. Once you get past the first two or three steps, you begin to understand the directions a little better and it moves faster.

This had a few places where. it was very hard to assemble. The way the top needs to align for placement was difficult. At the end you need to go inside to tighten the screws for the top. I leaned on the inside shelf that's already installed and it broke. At that point I was not about to disassemble to send back and it is on the inside, so will figure a way to support the shelf so that it can be used, but disappointed to have a new piece of furniture that is already broken. The second shelf that goes in had a different install that worked much better. There is a chemical smell when you open the cabinet doors, I'm hoping that goes away. The exterior is nice and this is a great asset to my kitchen which has no cabinets or counters.

So it did take about 7-10 days to receive this item, it is a team lift as the box weights 100lbs it seems. the directions has no words there are only pictures with all the parts labeled with numbers or letters. It came with a screw driver but it was only the handle no attachments to it. It is vary sturdy the top of the counter top is good material and i like the fact that it is taller then my regular counters. I think when and if you use the paper towel rack you literally will have to unscrew the bolts to change it. The wheels are heavy duty with 2 of them that lock but i did notice that when they are locked it does not matter it still moves.

Went well together some small problems with connectors but learned of you wiggle it just a bit while inserting it went faster. She hasn't prepared to much on it. Noticed the quality of the top wasn't great. Someone should have checked at the factory, but once the holes were on place could not assemble the better side. Works well as a temporary eating surface also. Love the fold up leaf.
