Lots of space! It fits our keurig drawer pod holder. I had so much trouble finding something that would be perfect to fit it and look good as a coffee bar. It is very sturdy and I know nothing is going to fall or even bend the shelfs. I did not attach the side hooks or the side rail, i did not need them, i am keeping them for future sakes. The handles for the drawers are heavy and really good quality! Also I love the screwdriver that it came with, it’s a two in one and flipable, very sturdy, the best screwdriver I have ever gotten from a furniture set! The top is really pretty, you can see the triangles between each rectangle, i dont mind the way it looks, but keep that in mind (see photos) There is 3 reasons why i have it at 4 stars. 1) the drawer pull hinge didnt want to stay tight to the actual drawer. I had to make new smaller holes to screw it in because the holes that were there beforehand were to big, therfore the screws kept falling out and the drawers wouldn’t shut properly. 2) it is difficult to know if the brakes on the wheels are on. If it is on, it still moves the other side when there is no weight on the island. 3) it had some spots that had imperfections, which doesn’t bother me to much, but it may bother you (see pictures) ... show more

Sturdy well made and it looks nice. The wheels lock so it doesn’t move while using it. It rolls easily when I need to move it. I don’t have much countertop space so I put my kitchen appliances on it. It’s the perfect height for me and it’s not too heavy. I love it!

I am not a review writer but I was so excited to get this to use in my craft room that I went to put it together as soon as it showed up. First, the instructions weren’t very clear, so I did struggle a little but finally figured it out. UNTIL I got to the wheels. 3 went in perfectly but one would not screw in all the way no matter what I tried. I even moved it around legs. Nothing worked. The metal part on the leg even came out and will not go back in all the way. Very disappointed! I think I would love it weren’t for the wheel issue which one of the main reasons I purchased it. ... show more
