I really like this hat, but I have a slightly larger forehead than most of my friends (22.75"). It is tight enough on me that I don't think I'll wear much (for any length of time) as I'm sure it will leave a pretty good indent. However, it is well made, soft, and warm, so it so deserves 4 stars. They just need to make it in more than one size! :-( If you have what you consider a smaller, or average, head, this will work great for you!

I am pleasantly surprised by this hat. I was afraid it wouldn't fit my head, since I have the head size of a child. It's just a TINY bit big, but I could still wear it. It's awesome that it has two spots for a pony tail, depending on where you typically wear your pony. You can tuck the ear covers up into the hat if you don't want them. My only update to this hat would be to add some sort of sweat absorbing material for the athletes who are sweating during their workouts. Or, maybe add an option to remove the brim from the hat to make it washable.

For the most part I love this hat. I’m 100% a baseball hat girlie so this is nice to have for winter. Perfect for winter running and hiking or just walking the dog. Holes on the back for your ponytail are a nice touch. Flaps that covers your ears can be worn tucked up or down. The hat is soft and warm. It’s not as flattering as it appears on the model and the brim kind of digs in a bit the way that underwire does. The hat will get use though, happy to have it.

I always wear a cap with a visor when I run, but I also like to wear a fleece earband for colder days. Wearing the two together can be awkward, as the cap doesn't fit well over the earband, or the earband rides down too low over my forehead. This product is the solution--a two-in-one hat and earband that solves the problem of trying to fit the hat over the earband or keep the earband from riding down! The hat fits well, although the elastic in the back around the ponytail slits bunches oddly. The earband is fairly thin but should do well at cutting the wind and chill. I have short hair, so I am not able to try out the ponytail slits, but I think it's a nice touch that there are two, allowing the option of a higher or lower ponytail. I'm looking forward to putting this hat to good use on a chilly afternoon run!

Nice fuzzy warm hat! I got this for winter time when I need something to cover my eyes from the sunlight, but yet can be warm for outdoor use. It's like a mix of a nice winter hat and a baseball cap! Comes just as pictured. Knocked off a star because I wish it were adjustable. It is a smidge too tight for my head, however I do have a round lil noggin and wide structured face/head. Would probably be fine for most. This is the second hat I have received from this particular brand and both are above average quality for hats! I have TONS of hats of all types because I have extreme light sensitivity. Very happy to be adding this to my collection and will get great use from it! Was easy to use with a low bun in my hair also. Highly recommend!

Can you fall in love with a hat? Love at first wear! This cap is super soft and extremely warm. I love to walk and live on a pretty rural road, which the vehicles love to speed on. The flaps cover my ears but still allow me to hear vehicles coming up behind me. The first time I wore the cap, I left my long hair down. I was impressed that it stayed put. It did not slip up that I had to keep tugging it down. The extra fabric in the back is also a great addition to the cap. It really helps to keep the back of your neck warm without the bulkiness of a scarf. Too warm, the ear and neck flaps easily flip up, no need to take the cap off and adjust. I love how the cap has two ponytail slits for a high or low ponytail and that if you decide to just wear your hair down the ponytail slits close up and just look like a detailed design on the back of the cap. (There is no hole that lets cold air in.) Plus, the cap has multiple reflective areas on it, but they are very stylish. This is an amazing cap with many great features.
