This backpack so far seems to be of great quality. It is the first day of school, so I will have a better observation as the year proceeds, but during the back to school meet with her teacher it carried all of her school supplies with no issues. It has plenty of pockets and the straps have great cushion and support. Plus my daughter absolutely LOVES it.

Good quality backpack, lots of pockets, really cute. Would be 5 stars except the decorative pins that come with it are very cheap and thin and difficult to attach without bending them, also the clips on the front are a little stiff, so younger kids may not be able to unbuckle them without help. My first grade daughter loves it.
