got this for my daughters birthday. once she wanted to open it, the locking mechanism stuck. basically have to pry it open every time. also would not allow us to make a pin. but the override pin chimes like it would work, but where it jammed, still wouldn’t open. again, good deal and love the idea of this product, but maybe this specific one wasn’t the best. unless we just got a faulty one.
