Gimbal does it job as expected. Battery lasts ages, connects fast to the phone, is pretty easy to use, built quality is as expected (something to note here). To keep in mind: - Beware of thick cases. I have a Rhinoshield bumper case on my iPhone 13 and I have two take my phone out so the case doesn't rub against the gimbal and affects it's movement. - The app doesn't use the entirety of the wide angle lens. Therefore, you might want to use the main camera app to use it. - The gimbal has a strong smell of plastic when unboxed. It goes away after a few days. Other than that the product is great and deserves a 5 star rating.

The media could not be loaded. I’m still learning how to use the device, I took it to a concert and the battery survived but it did run very hot. Also it’s not very strong to hold up against a small wind gust plus the weight of a pro max iPhone.

The media could not be loaded. Let's start with the fact that 2 days after I received a product the tuning dial fell off and the tracking button is well. every time I get ready to use the equipment I'm always having to replace these 2. For me to have spent the amount of money that I spent it's very disappointing that it will turn off by itself even when charged none of the external knobs stay on where they are supposed to. I've reached out to Amazon about this and there is nothing that's been done. And because of the return policy there is no way for them to send me another one while I send this 1 back With the job I have needing a Tripod and the Kimball to be able to successfully complete my job on a daily basis that way I can provide for myself and my family the fact that It halfway works is an issue and the fact that Amazon will do it nothing to assist in the process to get another one that works out to me to make it easy if I send it back that goes multiple days without me being able to do what it is I need to do meaning that I can't make money but they can't help me find a solution for a product that they sent me that was broken. It's sad and disgusting I don't recommend this product to anybody.

I was apprehensive before buying this . But during my trip to Banff at Canada I found it very useful to carry in my coat pocket and use it with various effects . Videos were amazing and stable . Good price point . Only thing to keep in mind is that the phone thickness need to be slim and may need to take out from any phone case as the bracket cannot hold it

My biggest complaint with this gimbal is that, on occasion, it will kind of have a mind of its own and pan or tilt very quickly, which is not great for keeping video stable. If I am not having it focus on a particular subject, then it should just stabilize the video, not decide what it thinks I want to be looking at. I haven't quite figured out all the features yet, but, for the basic functionality, it's solid and relatively easy to use. The control app is decent, but far from spectacular, and the included instructions are not thorough. Most of what I have deciphered has been through trial and error or online videos. Really more of a 3.5/5
