I got the black dual charger for the watch and phone and was very excited to get the notification that it was in today. I come home to open it and quickly try it out and everything looked amazing. That was until I realized that the phone charger was scratched and looks used as if someone put their phone on it a bunch of times with a rubber case. I was very displeased. However if I knew I was going to be getting a used product I would have definitely done business else where and maybe paid more for a newer product. Brightness seems a little dim but that’s just me. The quality is nice and my mouse glides with ease. Overall value for the product I believe is worth it but I don’t appreciate false advertising for a new product when it’s a used product.

It was nice while it lasted, maybe a month. when i turned everything on in the morning, it was dead. Both the rgb and the charging are dead. Tried plugging it into other power sources and nothing. The only customer support is through email and they still haven't responded. Price was too good to be true.

Five day use here, phone charge is fast for wireless charging. Easy to clean. Lighting is beautiful and is not too bright. The mouse pad is very smooth so it will affect how you glide your mouse but you will get used to it quickly (applicable for games). However, the end of the pad does not quite lay completely flat. I tried to place a heavy object on it for few hours but it did not work so far.
