    • Adapter blew out after a year not quite sturdy

Adapter had a shortage after awhile but was still able to use it eventually it overheated & blew out right before one year mark. I was able to buy another adapter for the ring light & it works fine. Not the best for lash extensions though it’s not quite sturdy when bending the lamp downwards.

This product has great lighting and tones, but the neck gear is very weak!! Won’t hold in place, constantly falls over. Legs are very weak! It literally falls over. The ring light doesn’t hold in place, so it takes away the capability of adjusting it. I probably got a defective one, now I have to go through the trouble of buying a different one and sending this one back. 8/10 for me. UPDATE Shortly after my review customer service reached out to me to help me out with my issue. I have to say this has been the best customer service I’ve ever received! Not only was it unexpected but they sent a complete new replacement no charge whatsoever! Communicating with customer service was very easy, very direct and very resourceful. As I mentioned before I probably just got a defect. The new one works beyond expectation! I no longer have my previous issues and I even added a picture to show how well the product works.
