I fancy myself something of an armature photographer. I've taken over 95,000 photographs and have been doing groupings for some time now. This is the second set of this size frames, and I have purchased matching frames in two other sizes to complete my various grouping... I tend to use 3M picture hanging strips which work well with these frames. The use of plastic rather than glass in the frame contributes to a lower overall weight and when something does fall, the frame and plastic are often undamaged. Currently hanging over 75 photos and will be adding more with these frames and their matching ones of other sizes.

I have ordered these before for holding descriptions of auction items at our church fundraiser. I really like them because they are not too expensive and they sit nicely on a table. They can also hold a document or certificate that can hang on a wall. Very versatile!

Last year, I actually got the upsamples Gold frames and I loved them! They look VERY expensive and beautiful. However, they use real glass and one of them was already broken upon arrival. And it seems like many reviews said the same problem. So this year I decided to give a try to Giftgarden Gold Frames. It was very inexpensive ($36 for 12 frames!) so I was worried about the quality. But overall, I am very satisfied so I ordered it again. It is light weighted and the plexiglass is very sturdy then the real glass. So none of the frames arrived damaged. Compared to upsample Gold frames, the Giftgarden Gold frames are much thinner, lighter but it has bit cheaper looks. The plexiglass also looks less expensive then the real glass but at least there is no worry it to be shattered. I got 24 frames of Giftgarden frames now but none of them arrived damaged. However, the hooks that come with the frames are very small and not stable, and the part to use the hook are also very small. My husband and I dropped the hook many time and eventually dropped one frame to carpet floor because the hook. The frame got broken from the fall. So I strongly suggest to use a better hook or a nail to securely hung this frame. Otherwise, it is a great value frame.

bought these once awhile go to frame photos of my dog when he passed. it really helped me process and mourn his loss. I have bought them again for a similar purpose, when the dogsitting clients i have pass, i give the owners a photo o ftheir pet so hopefully it can help them mourn as well.

I think that these are a good product for the most part but if someone plans to use this as a standup picture frame then this probably isn’t the right choice the stand isn’t strong enough to hold up the actual frame
