This item came very damaged. Some of the knobs were off and ripped completely out of the wood. The edges of the drawers and the doors were damaged and not stained properly. The screws in the hinges were loose and some were stripped out. If it wasn't damaged it would be pretty and very nice. This is an amazingly beautiful piece. It didn't require assembly at all except for the mirror, which I appreciated. There's so much storage in here that my life time's worth of jewelry barely takes up two drawers! It came in perfect condition except for a tiny, TINY ding. Absolutely gorgeous!! I love the felt lined drawers and the doors that open out for hanging jewelry such as necklaces. Really nice jewelry armoire for the cost. I opted to buy on amazon instead of local department store. I was pleasantly surprised with this unit. The packaging was very good and the box had very minimal damage on the corner, but did not affect the furniture. It was in a heavy box strapped inside of styrofoam and two cardboard supports to protect the ends. I took a picture after removing the large box. There are 8 drawers and it does include stoppers. There is a slight smell initially I believe from the varnish. It dissipated after a few short hours in the open room. I was able to lift this unit upstairs alone after I removed all the drawers. Roughly 30 pounds. It's exactly the height of the measurements on the listing mine is standing at 41.75 inches tall. The top has the mirror and the slots for rings and some dividers. The sides open and there are 8 necklace hangers on each side. They close easily as there is a small magnet. The bottom has a small pockets for chunky items. The color is a dark walnut / espresso. It matches my bedroom furniture very well. This is a nice armoire and I would recommend to purchase this as it has a lot of space and looks classy. Thank you! ... show more

I opened the box and there is a big chunk of wood broken part way by a drawer. There are other tiny spots that are chipped. The drawers do not close the same. Some go in pretty far while others stick out. I am so disappointed in the quality. It was a very expensive jewelry box. I had one similar before that was wonderful. ... show more

just have some room it is Everything you want , But tiny ( sorry that sounds like its small ) its huge , well made and so much space ! top few drawers are sectioned , the bottom you might want to buy the trays ( they are not to size but they separate and you an stack away at the bottom in order ) it is factory packed outside Styrofoam corners and a box inside , so it was perfect even though there was a ding on the outside box ( about a 1 1/2 " between ) and it is heavy .. there is No comparison for the money to all the others and the little ones that hold ( not enough cost $80 or better ) and you don't have to stuff it ... show more

Disappointed and Frustrated – Poor Quality and Unacceptable Resolution ⭐☆☆☆☆ I was so excited to finally get a jewelry armoire—something I’ve wanted for a long time. Unfortunately, this one turned out to be a major letdown. Right out of the box, I noticed several chips in the finish, which was disappointing enough. But then I opened the drawers and saw the real issue: one drawer is completely unusable because it's missing a support rod, and the craftsmanship inside is just sloppy. Crooked lines, uneven compartments, and glue spots make it look like it was rushed through production. I paid $250 for this and expected a much higher level of quality. When I contacted the manufacturer (Giantex), they only offered $80 back to "make it right." That doesn’t even begin to cover the damage or inconvenience. I now have a large, damaged piece of furniture that I don’t feel good about keeping, and returning it is a hassle due to the size and weight. The media could not be loaded. I spent 3 weeks searching for the "right" jewelry armoire. I wanted dark wood to match my bedroom furniture. It's definitely cherry wood colored but I might be able to stain it darker myself. Fine. But the major detail that I needed was a key. I knew I was taking a chance because only the 4th photo in the listing shows a keyhole and lock system. Some reviews have a key and others do not. I have no idea if they've updated the product or reused an old listing but it doesn't 100% match what they are offering. I was pleased that it arrived 4 days sooner than expected. Pros: Seems sturdy Lots of drawers Top portion has a nice size area for rings Packaging sufficient for shipping safely Cons: Doesn't lock Cherry wood not dark or expresso colored Drawers sag A few random stains on felt material I would recommend if you don't need it to lock. I really wanted extra drawers and a nice spot for my rings which this does have. ... show more
