This starter surfboard looked like it would be ok for my gir(l*11 yrs old) unfortunately, she took it to the pool and lasted about 15 min before it started peeling. The delivered item was missing crucial pieces. There were no fins or shockcord that are supposed to come with the item. The cardboard packing was almost completely open so I assume the missing pieces fell out or were stolen. The board itself was in good shape. How do I get the missing pieces?
