Lots of shelf space cleaned up my countertops. Lines up nicely with kitchen island, but about an inch shorter which is ok. Wood is nice color. Accessory hooks are alright - seem strong enough for smaller cast iron pans. My only complaint is that one piece of the main shelf won't fit the included screw/bolt (I tried other bolts to make sure the bolt wasn't the issue). Every other fasteners fit and tightened as expected, but mine is currently only holding 5 of 6 bolts. Still structurally solid, which is a good sign. I don't normally write reviews, but for this one I simply had to do so. After the baker's rack arrived (due to COVID-19 it did arrive late), I discovered upon opening that there were no instructions included anywhere. After attempting, and failing, to find instructions online I was ultimately forced to reach out to the seller to request instructions be sent to me. This all occurred on 12/23/20; and although Amazon indicated that I should receive a response within four days, I was not expecting to hear anything until after the new year. However, upon checking my e-mail on the morning of 12/25/20 (Christmas Day) I was shocked to find not only a response from the seller but also the instructions included as photo attachments. I cannot praise this company enough for their astounding speed in making this very serious mistake/oversight right for me. As for the baker's rack itself, I am very happy with my purchase. It holds all of the appliances that I needed to store on it (a microwave, blender, food processor, instant pot, and various other small appliances and accessories/attachments) and it fits exactly where I was hoping to place it. The wood felt very solid and looks VERY nice. I don't know if the wood is actually solid hard wood, but looks the part and absolutely weighs the part. I did run into two occasions when assembling where I was forced to backtrack and redo a particular step because I discovered that I had placed a piece on backwards; but other than that I was able to assemble it without much difficulty. My bookshelf gave me MUCH more frustration when assembling than the baker's rack ever did. If you are looking for a baker's rack and are hesitant about this one due to comments that instructions are missing or the extreme difficulty in assembling, I advise that you not allow these to make you hesitate in being willing to purchase this one. ... show more
