    • Stability against wind gusts

My daughter and I installed the panels side by side to protect and make a cat colony area more aesthetically pleasing. The package arrived in excellent condition and in a very timely manner. The video was easy to follow, and we were able to install the panels with ease. The only issue I have had thus far is the durablilty against wind gusts. We initially added rubber mulch and extra landscape blocks on both sides of the panels for more stability; however, after a day of wind gusts of 20 mph, the fence was leaning and the single screws were coming loose from the stakes. We purchased an additional set of screws so now we have two screws in each stake to attach it to the fence panels. Additionally, we purchased two metal green u-link fence stakes and placed them on the backside of the panels in the center of each panel for added support. So far, the fence is now quite sturdy with the extra support. We're expecting wind gusts of 35 mph tomorrow, and we are praying the fence panels continue to hold fast. The panels are a little pricey but my only real issue has been the stability against wind gusts. Again, my panels were placed side by side instead of at a 90 degree angle. This might account for some of the lack of stability against wind gusts. ... show more

LOOKS SO GOOD!! I got exactly what I expected. And it was really great! The enclosure fence was very easy to assemble and install. And it looks good—not cheapskate 🙂 The two panels (90 degree angle) cover one 96 gallon bin or A/C unit completely, and then easily hides a second from the street, but about half of the second bin will be visible from the side. We have this arrangement and it works for us! But if you want 2 fully covered, add another straight piece. If you have smaller bins, your good. 😀. Excellent Product!!! ... show more

First, the directions…are horrible. The included parts are shown…but the steps don’t clearly identify what part is associated. After a couple misfires, I got it. Second, the “nails” or rather stakes, are plastic. Not a big surprise, but the directions tell you to use a hammer to secure them. They break fairly easily, so expect to break off the top portion of each one. Finally, these are injected molding I assume? So both sides should be identical. Instead, there is an ugly side. All that being said. I bought this to keep the flowering plants off the sidewalk, it does that. It seems to be quite sturdy. The posts are heavy duty, and the panels durable. ... show more

For the price I expected this to be much sturdier than it is. The stakes that go into the ground don't go deep enough to provide great stability. And the design of how the stakes attach to the panels isn't great. When you stand back and look at it, it looks nice; but if you wiggle it at all the entire screen wobbles. Snow, rain/wind I'm sure will eventually damage the screen. I expect it will last about a year. ... show more

Great Generac fence, but I highly suggest purchasing 3/4” 5’ conduit for the post, instead of the plastic wedges that go in the ground. Made the fence very sturdy. The 3/4” fits perfect in the center of the post, but you have to remove the screws and replace after post installed.
