When we received the bookcase the box had been split out at one end and there were a couple of gashs in the top. Called Amazon and a representative from Giantex sent me a message the same day. We have put the bookcase together and everything was okay. Nothing was damaged. The bookcase is very sturdy and it looks real nice. It’s really nice and sturdy bookshelf for kids room. it has 8 cube ,perfect size, great for storing toys and book.it’s make easier for the kids clean up their room.the quality of the wood is very thick and don’t have any odor. It’s a little bit expensive but it’s worth it. Very sturdy and safety.
