I love the firmness and thickness of this product. It really supports my lower back when doing floor exercises. I’ve purchased other mats before that has very flimsy/weak milling that could provide the necessary resistance and support to my lower back when I’m lying flat or rolling up for crunches, sit-ups or any Pilates type exercises.
